I bought from them multiple times. Their products are awesome & their customer service is also very responsive. They have store on Amazon India also. But their website prices are cheaper so it's recommended to from them directly.

I love Ulanzi products but the downside is that the website is still confusing and not properly reliable, and there are many products which are not available, like very limited products sold here.

20 days and no sign of the product.
Ordered a product, the order was accepted. But the product wasn't shipped even 7 days later so I talked and I was told it's due to product getting out of stock. Which is really bad on the stock management part but customer service was atleast good. Since then the product was shipped after restocking and it's been over 12 days since that and I haven't received the product yet, I guess the shipping company is doing rounds with the product. Bad collaboration and lack of monitoring.

Highly responsive to query & reasonable pricing
I have bought a few things over the last two years and my experience has been consistently good. Often I found the price to be much less than that quoted on Amazon or by the competing importers. If it any Ulanzi product, just go to them directly & save your time!
