This was my 3rd purchase from Tiyana which is official reteller of Aputure and Diety and as an audio video professional i find some of the lesser known, barely available equipment here gets delivered in 2-3 days

Tiyana Inc. is authorized distributor of deity microphones in India and they have good service also. I appreciate their service and product delivery.
So what went wrong for which I'm giving 2 star rating??? Well the thing is that the Deity offers one year extended warranty for their products if you register them online but this warranty is not applicable in India. So I believe both deity and their distributors deserves 2 star for hiding their product service policies from customers. I mean if they are giving extended warranty to US and Europe customers then why don't other continent customers deserves same warranty policy??And why they are not mentioning this on their website??
