recently took my engagement ring in to be resized. I had only been engaged a week so didn’t want to be without it for long. They could sense I was nervous about doing a full size down so suggested a half size. This was done within 2 days and was really reasonably priced.
A few weeks later I decided I should have listened to their advice and went back to have it sized down by another half. They did this the same day for me and did not charge me extra.
From start to finish everyone I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently took my 30 year old engagement ring in for a repair and also a very precious necklace. The service I received from Claire in Leamington was second to none. Really quick service and extremely happy. Highly recommended!

Had my engagement ring repaired by them 4 years ago and it's still perfect. My ring was custom made by another company and when stone started dropping out they wouldn't fix it only replaced the stones, other jewellers didnt want to touch it. I took it to the Jones Family Jewellers and they fixed it without issue, they clearly have confidence in their work that the other jewellers didn't have! It's been perfect ever since and I occasionally take it there for cleaning and am always met with good customer service.

Website suggested shop was open. Doors were wide open and people were in the shop. Popped head around door and basically got it bitten off as, apparently, they're not open today. Rude, obnoxious people. Not sure how they can pride themselves on customer service when they can't even manage to be polite.

Needed to get an engagement ring repaired. Service was excellent and the ring looks great again. Good value as well. Will definitely come back here again, great people to deal with.
