Apologies Steven, we did quote 7-10 working days to get the fiberglass panel made and collected but unfortunately our supplier took an additional 2 days. The panel was shipped by TNT and arrived with you in Thailand with no damage. The goods were correct but unfortunately the shipment took an additional 2 days. We do endeavor to meet estimated delivery times but on this occasion time go the better of us.
