TKC have a huge choice of styles and colours to choose from at very competitive prices. We have had issues in the past but now Daren Gibson our Area Rep is on board things have turned around. We are very pleased to have Daren as our point of contact for pricing, product knowledge and any issues.

We have been using TKC for over 15years as our kitchen supplier . All our customers love the quality of the kitchens including 18mm all round on the carcasses. Lead times are always on time and their delivery team are very accommodating. Daren Gibson our area rep keeps us updated on all the new products and suppling sample doors etc and goes over and above the call of duty to insure everything runs smoothly. Having limited knowledge of designing a kitchen and making it meet all our needs and wants the design process was made simple and easy. Shocking quality and customer service. Don’t drill door hinges to fit their own unit, can’t paint doors to save their lives. Take three attempts to get thing right and despite ‘assured checks’ things still are missing or wrong. Sales director is arrogant and doesn’t care once they’ve got the sale. Avoid at all costs!

Thank you TKC, I have a beautiful new kitchen in the Lucente Anthracite range, the quality is superb and my fitter was really impressed too.
Delivery was quick and on time, I had one issue with a corner post which was resolved and replaced in 48hrs!
We couldn't recommend TKC enough for great quality and value.
Great company to deal with. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Drivers are also brilliant and always go the extra mile to help when delivering. All in all, would definitely recommend this company.

I had a highly disappointing experience with TKC. I received an unsolicited delivery to my company address, despite not placing any order. Upon reaching out to their customer service, I was informed that it was an internal processing error, but they still insisted that I dispose of the goods at my own cost.
What was even more concerning was the lack of urgency or responsibility shown in resolving the situation. I requested the collection of the items and the removal of my company’s details from their systems in line with UK GDPR, but I faced unnecessary delays and vague responses.
The entire experience left me feeling frustrated and unheard, and it’s clear that their customer service needs significant improvement in both responsiveness and accountability. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
As of 29/07/2025, they replied to my public review. I followed up by sending an email with all previous correspondence, but I have still received no response. This only reinforces my experience and reflects the kind of company they are. The unsolicited box is still sitting in my office, awaiting their arrangement for collection or payment of postage. I have also not received any confirmation that my personal data has been deleted, as requested.

I have been a joiner almost 20 years and this is without doubt the worst kitchen I have ever fitted
Many items came incorrect or damaged and service for replacement was very poor. Just a few examples, the carousel shelves sent originally were the wrong hand, the first replacements were an entirely different product. A larder pull out came without anything to attach the doors, the brackets seem to take up the holes designed to carry the baskets, consequently the basket positions are not convenient. The best part is, the units are obviously flat pack and put together in a factory (some damaged units were sent out without being assembled), and whilst assembling a drawer unit the brackets to attach the front must have been misplaced, this was reported with all of the other issues, when the first batch of replacement items arrived one bracket with 2 screws was taped to a box, we reported again that this was insufficient to attach the front, so a bag with 2 brackets but no screws was then sent. The brackets originally came in a small bag, in pairs, with 4 screw, therefore someone has gone to more effort to mess up than would have been required to get it right first time

Had a Jigsaw 'Lucente Gloss' fitted kitchen now for a year and have had to change 5 cupboard doors. I still have another 5 with chips in but I've painted them. I've had the rep out today about the cupboards in front of the sink unit as they have swollen and blistered along the seam. He said it our fault as they're not supposed to get wet as the seal isn't waterproof!! There was also blistering on the side of a unit which he said the cat must've scratched!
Basically they are a poor quality product and you will be disapointed, buy elsewhere.
These kitchens look great when they're first installed but not for the long term and they have no intention of replacing anything.

Shocking kitchens. We've had a kitchen installed for 4 months. Paint to order. We've already had several doors replaced due to Paint chipping. Over the past 2 weeks Paint has faded on drawers and another door Paint has chipped. TKC refuse to send a rep out and have advised there is nothing wrong with the kitchen. I have pictures and stacks of evidence. My last kitchen which was a moores kitchen last over 10 years and was going strong. Stay well clear I have a fighting battle on my hands now to get the kitchen replaced. TKC refuse to address the issue. I have emailed them directly. My builder has also made them aware of the issues and they are refusing to send someone out. TKC if you can see this message, please contact me as a matter of urgency.

STAY WELL CLEAR - absolutely appauling company. The quality checks this company employs are non-existant. We had to order new panels three times because the paint finish was so poor and they still could not send out suitably finished panels. We had to get them done by a professional in the end. I would stay well clear of this company if you are offered their kitchens, and they didn't seem to care one bit that they were sending out sub-par product.
