Since TKI took over there has definitely been a massive improvement. Everyone I have spoken to are all polite and professional, whenever I’ve had an issue Lauren always sorts it very quickly and keeps me updated and also makes sure the jobs been done properly.

A great company to work with, communication was great , any issues were navigated through swiftly , Adam C and Katherine R were a pleasure to work with and nothing too much trouble

Having just completed on my first property sourced through TKI I can honestly say that the process and experience was first class. Kyle and Katherine were both exceptional offering great guidance and reasurance when needed. I can 100% recommend the TKI Residential experience.

At first we were sceptical and even thought it could have been a scam but this has not proved to be the case.

I have recently purchased a flat in the UK, arranged by TKI. Although it is quite a humble investment, TKI – especially Mr. Matt Chapman – was always there, answering our endless questions, following every step, filling the gaps where other parties failed, and doing whatever was necessary to make me, as an overseas investor, feel comfortable.
His efforts continued even after the purchase, until he was satisfied that they had a happy client – and they certainly do. If I happen to purchase another property in the UK, I wouldn’t contact anyone but TKI and Mr. Chapman.

And I must say he was very patient with me and my english. He is really very attentive, helpful, but in no way intrusive. So I am very happy to have done business with him.

I like to thank Justin for amazing services he provided. Although I am not from the UK and not custom to legal procedures he was so patient with me in every step . He answered all my questions, if he it was not his field, he made sure my questions (i.e. Tax), answered by right people. He follows every and each step very closely.
