Absolute scam! Stay well away from these f@#@#s.. will report and speak to my bank for my money back

Order never arrived that I placed over two weeks ago. The website now doesn’t exist and no response to emails.

Fake site!!!!! No product, no delivery and they will take your money and that will be the end of it!! Stay well alway!! I’m reporting them to the bank, google and trading standards as they need the site shutting down.UPDATE- looks like they have taken as much money as they can and closed the site themselves!!

I received my order but both creams were busted so I ended up with none, filled in contact form on their website numerous times got no response, tried sending lots of emails but they all bounced back, very bad customer service, they don’t want you contacting them at all, have bought lots of them but won’t buy again will be buying elsewhere from now on, €50 down the drain not happy

Have just received an order from TKTX-nextday.com, goods arrived next day. Added a picture to instagram advertising we now have in stock for use in our tattoo studio, only to be contacted by TKTX official saying we have purchased fake cream due to the hologram.

I have now ordered from TKTX Official and I am awaiting a reply from tktx-nextday.com for a full refund and to arrange collection of the fake goods. I am not expecting this to happen. I am hoping this review helps anybody else and to not use this website who send out fake goods and losing money, please ensure you use TKTX Official and check that you are not using a fake product!!!

I ordered the TKTX anaesthetic gel from this company but when I later saw the bad reviews on Trust Pilot, I thought I wasn't going to receive my item and had been scammed.

However, I received the correct follow-up emails about my order and then received the item a couple of days later - all as expected. No problems at all.

From reading some of the complaints, it would help if TKTX can make sure they reply to customer query emails very promptly and, ideally, provide a contact telephone number as, even though my own order was fine, I feel slightly uncertain about ordering again from them because of the complaints. That's the only reason I haven't given 5 *s.

No product, no tracking, no contact. Avoid.

Ordered 15 days ago and haven't received my order. I've had no order confirmation from them and they don't reply to emails.

I put in a chargeback claim with my bank and I've now got my money back.

I placed an order with them nearly 2 weeks ago and paid extra for tracked delivery. I received an email to say that they'd received my order and another one 2 days later to say my order was complete. I haven't received my order or even a tracking number. The telephone number on their website doesn't ring and I've emailed them twice and not had a reply. I think I can say goodbye to my order and my money. I think the reviews on there website are fake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... SCAMMERS

Warning, this is a fraud company, if you buy from them, they will send you a confirmation from a gmail account and that's it! you will never hear from them again, and you will get the opportunity to write a review of your experience but they will never establish it on their website so you will notice they have just fake 5 star review. my advice is if you fell a victim of their scam just to write a complain to whatever service you used to buy from hem (paypal, visa..etc) so that they will refund you and please write honestly your experience here to worn others from these scums
