Item ordered but never delivered

I ordered a wheelchair drip stand from this company, choosing them over cheaper alternatives because they promised a quick delivery time. Over a month later the item hasn’t been delivered and the person it was ordered for has now died. I have tried contacting them numerous times but they haven’t responded and the complaint procedure detailed on their website is clearly not something they actually adhere to.

I advise potential customers to stay well away and look elsewhere for your medical supplies.
