Just bought them. I am disappointed. It is filled with Paraben and other chemicals.

Just received this foundation too light does not go to appropriatel colour for me which I had read reviews. RUBBISH

Ordered 2 bottles of TLM colour changing foundation, very unhappy with the product, it does not change to adapt to my skin tone, it just looks like I have no makeup on at all. Would not recommend this product to anyone, just feel ripped off

Useless item no colour change at all my face is a lovely colour white😩

My 82 yr old Mother ordered the foundation on 24th December 2022 and to date has not received her product.
Initially, TLM used Covid as an excuse which was understandable but they have stopped responding to her emails for a refund or to please send the product to Australia. The money was deducted from her Credit card and Bank fee too for money conversion.TLM please prove you are not Scammers and contact me to help my Mother.

The foundation is great, I love it. The customer service is absolute GARBAGE. Says ships in 7 days of less yet its been a month & a half & my order hasn’t even shipped. They don’t respond to emails & they don’t offer refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Go to amazon, they’ll actually send it to you & respond to any questions or concerns.

Just a TERRIBLE website & not worth my business anymore. Still waiting to hear back or get my order :/

My order has never arrived - emails unanswered. I tried another email address and was told this was not placed at the TLM store and to always order from the “Real TLM” store??? Who is legitimate??
Disappointing….

Never received the product! Emailed three times and still no response… buyer be ware!! Grrrr!

Ordered in January 2022, from TLM foundation Cosmetics via Facebook. AU$51.47 was taken from my account and was supposed to arrive 29 Jan.. of course nothing arrived. They replied to my follow up email offering refund or resend.. I asked for resend but still nothing arrived.
I’ve sent numerous emails but no replies have been received.
I can still login and check my account which show I’ve paid but the contact page no longer works and there’s no telephone number so they are untraceable.
Wish there was some way of getting my money back and who to report them to?
AVOID THIS COMPANY.. SCUMS SCAMMED ME!

It's fake and you'll never receive your order.. How low can people get, seriously!

This is my second review on this company and not much better than the first. After my first review I received an update stating that my order should be received between October 30 to November 4. This update was dated October 26, They would add the tracking number on October 27. That date has come and gone and still no tracking number. This is November 4 and nothing has been received. One mistake I did was to say I felt like I donated $62 to this company, the actual amount was $65. I have never ever seen customer service This bad. Not doing, as I said before what they promised to do.

I ordered 2foundations plus 1 free in May this and paid over £20 and heard nothing from them at all. I have my order number but have received nothing. Very angry.

TLM colour changing foundation is absolutely awful! Comes out bright orange blotches! It also made my skin itchy and I came out in a rash and I literally had it on for 5 minutes! Had to wash it off! DO NOT BUY!

Ordered last Feb. 2021 and until now haven't received the product. Have emailed them a couple of times but only replied a couple of times but no action.

Absolutely a scam this company should not be allowed to advertise through face book. Placed order they soon took my money and no order received have emailed 15 times and no response. No customer service available only to scam your money.

Awful. Don’t believe the hype. It doesn’t work - doesn’t cover if you put on normal thickness. If you put it on thicker you get clogged pores and orange colour! Also it stinks and doesn’t protect against the sun. It’s just a con.

Like others, I ordered months ago and didn't receive it. Chased it up and offered refund or resend, opted for resend and still nothing. Chased again twice and ignored! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered in February 2021. It's now September 2021. Still no product. Can't email them because suddenly the email address cannot be found....

Ordered this product in May 2021, didn't arrive. Reported it and received email offering resend or refund. Asked them to re send and here I am 31st Aug - nothing and they will not respond to any of my emails. Totally disgusted. This company is a total rip off!

I didn’t even want to give one star…this place is s hit…ordered months ago, was supposed to be $39..took over $300 out of my account, zero product, I sent several emails to get minimal words back, now they just ignore me! I tell everyone not to order form them! YOU SUCK A$$HOLES!!!
