Trying to book an appointment since last few days, the website does not load any available appointment slots. TLS website is painful to use.
Tried contacting TLS customer service but they are not enabled to help customers with this issue apparently.
I faced similar issues while applying through TLS contact the previous time as well.
Request TLS team to permanently fix these issues.

I can't empty the shopping basket which now shows £250 to £375 per just one visit. I've tried for hours doing everything I could find online but nothing works???!!! I just want to pay £125 for one appointment. Its been so stressful and I can see that there are many others who experience the same.

This is the third consecutive year I have made an application for an appointment for a French visa using the TLS contact website. There has been zero improvement in this apalling website in those 3 years. It has taken on average 4-5 days to succeed in booking an appointment on each occasion. The website gets stuck in loops repeatedly requiring you to log in again. You are "timed out" due to going in circles on previous pages. Sometimes the "submit" button does not work even though you've checked that all fields in the form are correctly filled in and no "request to fill" request is indicated. Then you are informed that you have reached the "maximum number of applications for the Centre" and you can make no more applications (although I only appeared to have tried to make one application). The remedy was to delete that application but the delete button was grayed out and I was told that the function could not be rendered effective until after 5pm that day i.e. a 6 hour wait. Support staff give contradictory advice but all seem to agree that you should change the browser that you're using -leading to me trying 4 different browsers - I have even been asked to use a completely different computer with a different operating system. I've also been asked on 2 occasions to create a completely new email account to get round the glitches in the system. The responses of TLS contact to these issues flagged by numerous complainants are the habitual corporate lip-service-type assurances which result in no meaningful change whatsoever. When are they going to be sacked and replaced by an even half-efficient service?

Failure on TLScontact Portal & Document Upload Blocking
I am writing to submit an urgent complaint regarding persistent technical failures on the TLScontact portal that are preventing the completion of my UK visa application. I have paid the main fee of £3029 and have a confirmed appointment booked for the 17th of February.
I am managing this application on behalf of my wife. I am responsible for all documentation, including the time-consuming process of scanning and converting 220 documents to PDF. The technical issues we are encountering are causing significant concern and stress. In particular, my wife is very worried about the approaching deadline and the potential for overstaying after the 17th of February.
Specifically, the website has incorrectly placed a £50 "Assisted Service" fee in my basket. I did not select this service, I have not paid for it, and there is no functional way to remove it. This is currently blocking my progress. Furthermore, the inability to contact TLScontact directly by phone is a major concern. Given the substantial fees paid, a more professional and accessible level of service is expected.
I respectfully request and trust that this technical fault can be resolved promptly so that I may upload my pdf documents as intended. Please provide a case reference number for this complaint and guidance on the next steps.
It just goes to show how inefficient they are, they just answered today here the 24th February 2026 three weeks later, I even had to pay £125 to have an appointment on the day before my wife's visa ran out, I was forced to pay because they allow bots to take up appointments forcing us to pay for their appointments.
And because of their stupid system I had to pay £3029 again, and I still haven't received the original £3029 back yet, I was forced to pay because we had mostly pdf documents and they wouldn't upload our pdf files.

Rubbish website!
I just paid thousands for a fast-track ILR and while trying to book a time slot for biometrics the website just blocked me out of nowhere. I didn’t even do anything unusual - was just browsing different time slots from various locations as you’d normally do when trying to to get a slot. I don’t know how long the block would be but it’s been almost two hours already. This is ridiculous. Absolute disgrace of a system.

Absolutely terrible website. Slots are never available, so you need to keep refreshing, but if you refresh three times, it blocks you for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, there's an entire ecosystem of bots offering automated appointment booking.
I don't understand what's so hard about implementing a queue system.
Signing in barely works either, you have to pass through random checklists every. single. day.

We applied for the Talent – Business Creation visa along with the spousal visa. TLS staff insisted this was “wrong” and told us—three different advisors—that we had to apply for the standard entrepreneur visa with no spousal option. This was completely incorrect.
France‑Visas contacted us the next morning to switch my husband’s application back to the original Talent visa type, confirming that all our documents were already correct. Because of TLS’s bad advice, I now have to travel on a visitor visa for several months, which is not suitable for our situation.
We went back to TLS three times on the same day to try to fix the application, but were repeatedly turned away and told everything was “correct” when it clearly wasn’t.
The TLS website now makes it impossible to book another appointment in time, customer service can’t help, and we’ve lost £160 in fees with no way to recover it. The whole experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable.
Honestly, we would have been better off going directly to the French consulate. TLS gave us the wrong advice, refused to correct it, and offered no support afterwards.

Appalling company! Last time we had many problems getting a German-Schengen visa, both with their application and ignorant staff. This time the website delivers a client-side error to the browser (we have tried three different browsers). The offending line in the HTML reads:

but misspelling it!

Excellent personnel at the PE branch. The website though was difficult to manage and the reminder email mentioned the wrong town for the appointment. There were glitches with the system since it was the first day the system for Belgium visas was live, but they still finished the process within 3 hours.
