The creator of this website is remarkable. He knows the ins and outs of TM30 registration in Thailand very well. I had trouble to register the TM30 for my condo and the tenant so I chose to use tm30.io website to submit a registration for the condo and the tenant. It worked out very well with the tm30.io service and the person running this service was very helpful in the process. Definitely recommended!
