Perfect ocher, exactlly what I hoped for

I'm deeply disappointed - the filament advertised as transparent is not transparent at all. It prints just plain solid black even with careful settings. Customer service was poor and unhelpful: I reached out for a replacement or advice and received no meaningful support. Given the actual performance, the price-quality ratio is inadequate - it’s overpriced for what you get.

Summary: not transparent, bad customer service, and poor value for money.

I ordered a Transparent Black PLA, which judging by the photos on the product page seemed like tinted semi-transparent black glass, which I found very interesting. Imagine my disappointment when I opened my package, only to find just a regular non-transparent black PLA. Even when printed very thin (0.2mm), it is completely opaque. I said "OK, maybe it was a mistake when labeling the spool", so I tried to contact customer service, but it seems to be non-existent. I've sent a couple of emails with no response so far (a few weeks already). I'm OK with the fact that mistakes happen, but I'm definitely not OK with companies ignoring their customers like that. I really wish something more could be done, but at this point all I can do is just write this review and never order from these guys ever again.

Everything's all right

Excellent product, keenly priced, made in Europe. After several bad experiences with other filaments, it was a very pleasant surprise (well maybe not so much of a surprise), but very pleasant to have a filament just working. Love the Terracotta, perfect for models with bricks.
Although I live in the UK, I received free postage and was just under the import duty level - result!!
All in all, a great experience and one I'll be repeating in a few weeks.

Quality product with high expectations and big results!
Absolutely love the printing quality, and it is fine with my 300mm/s printing speed with a bit of temperature tuning, surprisingly has also way less warping unlike many other ABS fillaments I tried. Looking forward to getting 5kg spools :)

Fast delivery and so far the quality is good and the price is good as well

We ordered 15 rolls of Pet-G and this material is hardly printable. It's like the material is soaking wet.
They delivered 4 new rolls and as compensation 1 roll of PLA as compensation for many hours of trying.
In the Bambulab P1S, you cannot print faster than 5m\ps volumetric speed. When I use Pet-G from another brand you et the same settings it looks perfect.

Ik heb nooit aangegeven goede resultaten met jullie Pet-G behaald te hebben. Wel dat het de ene keer wat beter is dan de andere keer (vermoedelijk heeft dat te maken met het vocht gehalte van het Pet-G materiaal bij inpakken) anders zou ik het ook niet weten. Wanneer het materiaal lang uit de verpakking is, print het BETER) dan wanneer het direct uit de zak komt.

Ik heb jullie ook foto's van prints gestuurd met dezelfde objecten met Pet-G van TM3D en Pet_G van Sunlu, met exact dezelfde instellingen. De print met Sunlu materiaal ziet er toch veel beter uit dan die met Pet-G van jullie, dat kun je niet ontkennen.
Ook verbaast het mij, dat jullie niet reageren op alle aangeleverde foto's waarbij er duidelijke verschillen zijn ten aanzien van materiaal van jullie en materiaal van bv Sunlu, Esun en zeer oud materiaal wat ik nog op zolder had liggen.

I have never indicated good results with your Pet-G. What I did say is that some times it is a bit better than others (presumably this has to do with the moisture content of the Pet-G material when packed) otherwise I wouldn't know either. When the material is out of the packaging for a long time, it prints BETTER) than when it comes straight out of the bag.

I also sent you pictures of prints of the same objects with Pet-G from TM3D and Pet_G from Sunlu, with exactly the same settings. Surely the print with Sunlu material looks much better than yours with Pet-G, you can't deny that.
It also surprises me, that you don't respond to all submitted photos where there are clear differences regarding material from you and material from e.g. Sunlu, Esun and very old material I still had in the attic.

Great PLA filament! Does not curl up even with high degree of overhang. Also fast support and proper solution in case of delivery error.

Great material! I can recommend it.

The filament is of amazing quality and with good diameter tolerance. Only thing missing in the product lineup is the option to buy filaments refills.
5/5 for me!
