The hat I ordered was supposed to have customized words I submitted with The order on their site plus be a snap back hat. They sent a Velcro one that had a name of an anime character vice the customization. When I asked for a refund they tell me I can only get a percentage back and I’d have to pay a $40-$60 return fee. This was after several emails back and forth. I WOULD NOT recommend ordering from this company!

They sell fake artwork.
They steal peoples artwork and sell it, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The product is well made and is exactly the way it looks in the pictures. My only concern is the amount of time it took to receive the item.

I finally received my hooded shirt. It is very well done & I will enjoy wearing it. I wish it would have arrived sooner.

Fits prefect and great material used. I like it so much I purchased two more Boricua sweatsuits, another Hoddie for grandson and sweatpants for my son. Only negative is no washing instruction and delivery time takes too long I am aware they ship from China. Still satisfied with this company.

Be careful with this company. Purchased a pair of boots for my husband. It took months to receive them and when we finally did, they were a size too big. Sent a email to customer service to see about exchanging them for a smaller size. The response email was copies of their size chart in EU sizes(I’m in US) stating that they sent the size I ordered. They wanted me to purchase another pair of boots at a discount but did not want to exchange for a smaller size. The print on the boots looks cheap and the boot itself is not attractive. Overall not good customer service. The items are cheap and you should be able to return or exchange hassle free.

I purchased two hoodies that were smaller than expected. Several attempts were made to contact the company via phone ending with negative results. Furthermore, contact was made via email to attempt to resolve the issue and it was met with endless obstacles. Do not trust this company.

Tmarctee is a legitimate company! I’ve received the two customized hoodies for my husband and I within a little less than 30 days due to it was shipped from China and had to go through customs. So if anyone orders from them, be prepared to wait a while but you will receive your item(s).

Great experience, have nothing bad to say, love the products and creativity of all the designs!

Great produc a little bit small for an XL but a took a size over so fits perfect

These shirts and sweatshirts are light but are very comfortable and the sweatshirts are warmer than one would think. Great product

I recently ordered three hoodie, sweatpant combo and a hoodie from tmarc. I was so impressed with the stuff we received from them. The pictures don't do the product justice. In hand it is more than what the picture shows. They are soft and comfortable. They are also true to size. I know I worried about it but with tmarctee you dint have too. I will be ordering again very soon

I have to say it's not a bad product especially for the money. The print is very good. I like the fact you can personalize it. My Wife loves it and that's all that really matters. Looking forward to buying more products. The only down side to the experience is the shipping. You do have to exercise a bit of patience, cause it does come from the other side of the planet, but other than that not bad.

I ordered a customized zip-up hoodie for my husband and he loved it! It fit perfectly!! He's gotten so many compliments! We will definitely order from Tmarctee again!
