I had a terrible experience with TMD Bondy. On 04/15, I scanned their QR code to sign up for a bond and completed all the required information. I received an email saying, "Your bond requires additional review and has been submitted to our Underwriting Department. Your request is very important to us and you will hear promptly on the status of your request. If you have additional questions, email tmdsuretybonds.com."

I emailed them—no response. The next day, 04/16, I decided to visit their location in person since I still hadn’t heard back. Their website said they opened at 8:30 AM, so I arrived around 8:40. There was another person already waiting outside, and the doors were locked.

I went back to my car and called—no answer, just an answering machine. I sat in the parking lot searching for other companies, and by almost 9:00 AM, they still hadn’t opened or responded to anything.

The lack of communication, follow-up, and professionalism is beyond frustrating. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

I stopped at TMD surety bonds on Gravel st. I needed more paper work but the lady that helped me was awesome at explaining the process and giving me paper work needed. I definitely recommend TMD surety bonds.
