Your trucking company saved this order from being canceled. The trucking company was OUTSTANDING! Your representatives were TERRIBLE AND extremely inflexible when we wanted to slightly modify the delivery location (only 5 miles difference) and were very difficult to understand- their English was terrible and they were difficult to understand , BUT your trucking company Estes’s Express (April) were extremely flexible and cooperative in not only moving the delivery date up over 2 weeks but also in slightly changing the delivery location.

The greenhouse is quite a bit more crude than expected. The quality of the final product is very dependent on how much time, skill and proper tools you have to build it. The door hinges are very lacking and i had to source new ones to properly clear the frame. I'm hopeful it holds up to the winter moisture etc. but fairly concerned overall with how it will hold up.

The sales manager Raymond is great to work with. Responds quickly and gets me the quotes back quickly. Customers really like fast response times. Dean

Easy to purchase, fast shipping.

My only complaint is that the zip ties you include in the product are cheap and break easily.

First of all price ..2nd online it says two weeks for delivery and it was here in less time then that

I was notified via email that I would get a 24 hour notice on delivery. I didn’t. The package was dropped without anyone available to assist.

Quick connect fittings were not included. Although it didn’t say they would be specifically, it says hydraulic hoses included which to me implies there would be fittings. I’m sure I’m not the first person to say that.

All good responding and on top of the order

The quality for the money is a great deal. I was impressed with how well built my 68” flail Mower is. This thing is a beast. It was delivered on time as said, they followed up and communicated with me all the way. Well done.

I'm very happy with every part of the process in getting my mower to my house. Three things I was not happy about. 1-the bolts to connect the battery cables were not provided. 2- the gas cap broke off from the cable that attached it to the gas tank first time I removed it. 3- it was extremely hard for two old ladies to get the mower off the palette because the metal shipping frame was welded together. So far I am happy with the performance of the machine. Thanks TMG. I was happy to order from a Canadian company.

Interesting site. Lots of stuff I don't need, but a great metal garden shed that I did. Made shipping to CA easier than I thought it would be.

Parts came when promised and in good condition.

Shipping was fast! A little difficult to assemble. Adjusting the blade was a learning curve. But overall we are loving it.
