ordered a full set of seat upholstery for my vehicle. The company shipped the wrong set for the front seats and failed to include the rear seat upholstery at all. I have made several attempts to contact customer service to either return or exchange the product, but all of my messages have been ignored. The company's lack of communication and failure to correct their mistake is unacceptable. I am now stuck with a useless, incomplete, and incorrect product and a complete lack of support. This has been a very disappointing experience and a waste of my hard earned money ($500).

Had some product related quistions. Tried to call and was on hold for a long time. Then left a call back number. Never received a call back. Was on their "support" chat where I got an email adress I could send my questions to. I did and NEVER hear back.

To me its mind blowing that a overpriced company like that has absolutely no customer service. Advice....There is other manufactures out there that does just as good a job, if not better, but at a 20-40% lower price and who actually responds to their customers. We have decide not to offer TMI to our customers anymore.
