False promises
I recently engaged with The Mortgage Shop and was initially very impressed with the service. However, after agreed payout dates were missed, it became apparent that I had been provided with inaccurate information by Steve and a number of assurances that were not fulfilled.
When I raised these concerns, I was unable to obtain further clarification or a reply from Steve, who ceased communication.
My case was then passed to Laurie, who made efforts to assist; however, communication remained inconsistent, with calls frequently going unanswered or returned due to other client commitments.
Feedback would be to give accurate and honest information upfront with timescales rather than bending the truth to win business and you will find that customers will be less frustrated
