I placed an order from Argentina and everything arrived in just about five days — incredibly fast! I had a small issue with one of the vinyl records, and after reaching out via email, they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement that was in perfect condition. The customer service was outstanding, and the overall experience was excellent. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Having bought many vinyl albums….
Having bought many vinyl albums and the odd CD from Townsend Music, I can honestly say that I am very happy with the service they provide. I’ve always received items in excellent condition due to the quality of their packaging. I’ve only ever returned one item (due to an accidental duplicate order) and had no trouble in doing so. I would like to see free P&P, especially with the higher cost of vinyl but it is a minor gripe. By contrast, my latest order of 2x coloured vinyls in a sale, were a bargain so no complaints there.
Townsend Music stock many titles from a large selection of artists and even have dedicated artist stores, Take a look. You may find something which catches your interest.

After waiting for a while, we found out that my package got lost In the mail. When I wrote them about it, they always responded very fast. We both filed complains at the mail service. They where so kind and helpful and decided to resent it and today I received the second sending. I was so happy. Excellent service.

Vinyl arrived very fast and packaged lovely. Can be a bit expensive with postage compared to some sites but they never disappoint with the speed of delivery.

Great shopping experience…
Great shopping experience the only issue is the vinyl album i ordered was advertised as a magenta colour but when I received it, it was more like a maroon dark magenta with flecks of black mixed in.

Townsend hasn’t been anything but reliable for me. Used by many big artists that clearly have no issue putting their faith in the company. Releases usually arrive on release day when you select Tracked 24 or better.
