Good watch, recommended!
Reached out to TMS for a custom piece and was given a 3-4 week ETA. Ended up receiving the watch around the 4 week mark and pleased to say it's come through as expected, no issues with delivery or quality as others have reported.
Ordering via Instagram was easier than the website, would say communication could be a tiny bit better e.g. "parts are in and we're building the watch now", but only a minor thing in the grand scheme. Thanks for a great watch!

Very poor customer service/support
Very poor customer service/support. I placed an order and didn't receive any acknowledgement from them. Only after emailing them did they respond.
The watch was a very poor quality cheap piece and not what I was expecting. Furthermore it was falling apart with the pin falling out of the bracelet. I also had to incur the cost of returning the watch. The refund was also not done in a timely manner.
Do not use this company as I feel you are not getting value for money.
