Brilliant service. I had an item sent to them for repair and it was sorted out and back to me within 4 working days of leaving the house. They even called a week later asking if everything was still okay with it and if the fixes were working well.

Quick efficient and clean stress free experience. DPD picked collected and delivered it back but TMT looked after my device. Returned all repaired, a lot then I expected too. Was originally told 10-12 working days but got it back within 7 working days.

After having my Samsung Galaxy Ring for 11 months, I noticed the rapid decrease in battery life. Despite charging, the battery would constantly drain. I requested a repair via the Samsung website who arranged for the item to be picked up, inspected and then returned. Item was picked up on Friday, delivered to the repair centre on Saturday and fixed by Monday. My item was returned on Wednesday.
The team done an amazing job and now my item is working as expected. Couldn't fault how quick the turnaround was and extremely pleased with both TMT and Samsung.

The initial repair was rejected before a complaint was raised with Sumsung UK. Apparently the repair facility didn't have a copy of the guarantee from the vendor. Why didn't they request this before rejecting the repair request? Once this was resolved the ring was sent again and a replacement issued to me. A little disappointing in the way the internal processes were handled.
