my order for additional two seats for my golf cart was fulfilled promptly and no parts were missing. the instructions could be a little clearer, but they certainly tried to make everything straightforward.

the part itself was just ok, I used to make this kind of belt, there was some cord exposed which over time will wear faster. delivery was good and timely for "free" shipping and 6.95 handling lol

Bought a body kit and was given accurate and trackable shipping data. Arrived on time with zero damage to container, fit perfectly!

Fast shipping and discounts if a repeat customer

I ordered my tires, lift kit, seat belt, and rear seat from PromformX. The products I received were great except for the rear seat. The plastic on the foot plate had broken pieces, there were scratches on the metal frame, and it was missing screws. I contacted customer service about the foot plate and was told another foot plate would be sent out. I received the foot plate today and it is for a cheaper model and not for the Challenger HD model I ordered. I sent an email to customer service and I am waiting for a reply

Price and availability made me initially purchased from TNT. Everything I ordered showed up either next day or the day after. Something was missing from my order (manufacturer issue not TNT). Called and spoke to Bubba. He was super friendly and took care of it right away called the manufacturer and make sure he stayed in contact with me about shipping. Fantastic customer service!

As advertised although fitting can be a bit of a problem as the hand rails of the added two seats may not be exactly the distance apart that the golf bag holder measures.

I ordered the madjax front end and received it two days later (way earlier than I had hoped)!

Bubba was great and very helpful. He went above and beyond to locate a lift kit for me. The plate on the front of the kit was bent and scratches badly from shipping.

Richard Looked for the product I wanted and found it in the whse. Otherwise, I would not have been able to get the Black Rear Seats for my RXV cart. Every where showed "unavailable".
Richard also followed up with a phone call to confirm the order arrived and I was all set!
Bubba, provided initiative to get my order shipped out the day it was requested!
Bubba also provided instructions to open my account and informed me of the benefits of doing so.
Upon trying to open my account I was unable to due to my email was already being used. I sent a text explaining my predicament. Bubba, corrected the application and provided me with a password for my account!

Having two people who go the extra mile, is so valuable to the business you can't measure it!
