They are not real “TNT EXPRESS” and act as a broker only. Unlike their name, they are not express and their service is long drawn out. Do not trust them. As their promises, my package was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days, 15 days passed and still no news about my package.
The best service that I every seen , fantastic and polite staff, unbelievable speed and several services, I went to TNT office in Tehran Zafar street to sent my shipment to canada , all staff known English but not excellent and did my request so fast and my shipment was delivered in only 3 days .
