PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE,
TAX NETWORK USA CLIENT ID #2195998
(They tried to remove this review 2 times, so I just added my account number.) They also made me remove all the names in my first review, so it wasn't as devastating as how TAX NETWORK USA treated me. So I had to take out their names.
I heard this advertisement on a YouTube video from a trusted person. During the sales pitch, they told me I was talking to the best guy there, who has the best relationship with the IRS agents and can make me the best deal. He never took my call after he took my money and monthly payments. He responded with one text message and then ghosted me after I told him no one was helping me. Agent L. then took over and never emailed me or called as she promised after 3 weeks with no help and missed appointments. Then another Ageny R. took over and vowed to get to the bottom of it, Agent R then did the same thing as the other Agents after weeks of waiting and never responding to any phone calls or emails, and then he ghosted me. I then got in touch with my bank, sent all copies of text messages and emails, and got a full chargeback through my bank. If you think you will have a better experience, document everything so you can make a chargeback at the end of this complete nightmare!! I spent sleepless nights dealing with them and then the charge took days to get all my correspondence together. Honestly, be careful; you won't be the exception like I thought. Reviews are tricky to decipher; it's a lot easier to get your friends together to put out a lot of positive reviews, but negative reviews have to be proven. So the negative reviews are legit, but I'm sceptical of positive reviews. By the way, I don't usually take the time to write a bad review, but this was very damaging to me.

By the way, I no longer have anything to gain by arguing with your company, but I certainly won't be made a liar. This is wasting more of my time, but I certainly don't want other people to go through this waste of time and money.

Your response is entirely inaccurate, and you're trying to degrade me by disclosing my personal information, which is not legal. You never reached out to me, which is the whole reason for the chargeback.
From the very first request, I repeat one request for my initial documents. I asked one simple question. That question was never answered. So you did ZERO WORK FOR ME. You had no documents from me. So, please do not claim that you helped me in any way whatsoever.
I had to contact the company's online chat to get assigned to new agents for help.
Also, remember my evidence to the bank, which is why I received a chargeback: You can not dispute the facts.

Here is an email from your customer support AFTER I FILED A CHARGEBACK. This email is another reason why I didn't want to do business with you. It only mentions the one case worker, not the other two who also did nothing to help me.

However, instead of cooperating, you filed a chargeback and then proceeded to post false and inaccurate reviews about our services.

As if receiving the funds back wasn’t enough—despite the work we completed on your case, which involved handling a six-figure debt—you failed to return the necessary paperwork we provided in order to move forward. For you to now slander our company and claim that we did nothing is not only deeply unfair, but it also misrepresents the situation.

What is truly devastating is that we reached out to you back in January to attempt an amicable resolution, only to have you ignore our efforts, file a chargeback, and later, after already receiving funds for the fraudulent chargeback, continue to disparage our company. Your actions have caused significant damage, and to leave out critical details while attempting to tarnish our reputation is entirely unjustified.

We have always aimed to offer professional and thorough service, and we are disappointed by your actions. This situation could have been resolved directly between us, but instead, it was escalated unnecessarily. We stand by the work we did on your case and remain open to any constructive dialogue if you are willing to engage in an honest resolution.

Real American Voice recommended

Real American Voice recommended. This company said they could help, took $2000, and then lied about communicating with agency who took a bank levy and wiped out 3 bank accounts. When yet another call placed to TNUSA, 2 different agents gave 2 different answers. One agent said they didn't handle these types of issues, and the other said a counselor would return a phone call the next day. That never happened. Refund will be requested, and review of this company should be investigated by Real American Voice for promoting.

Confused about company's transparency

Tax Act did not guarantee about my reduce tax debt since they haven't figured out my tax debt. They have my taxes on file but did not provide the document regarding power of attorney. They already charging me a high flat fee with no guarantee that I can get out of the IRS debt. I had provided them my current address but IRS is not having it in the system.

I’m a victim of Tax Network USA

I’m a victim of Tax Network USA, they took over $13,000 from me for $700 worth of service.

They pressured me to sign under stress, verbally assured a negotiated tax resolution they never pursued or even investigated that I would be eligible for then stalled until my credit card dispute window expired. After months of silence it became clear they had done nothing to earn the fees. I requested a refund repeatedly—no response. They ignored my requests and denied any wrongdoing.

After filing with the BBB, FTC, CFPB, and state AGs, I discovered I’m far from alone. Over 40 recent reviews document identical patterns: high-pressure sales, long delays, ghosting, inflated fees, no meaningful tax help. Many of us ended up worse off—with more IRS debt and no service delivered.

Be warned: They’ve also retaliated against critical reviews by disclosing client info and threatening defamation lawsuits. Search their BBB and Google responses if you don’t believe it.

They’ll assure you on the phone they can take care of everything, read the reviews of what happens after the payment is made.

I hadn't filed tax returns for multiple…

I hadn't filed tax returns for multiple years and every April 15th my anxiety became worse. I didn't know what I was going to do but I knew someday I had to do something. I started receiving demand letters from the IRS. I would put them away and hide my head in the sand. Finally, I received a real threatening letter. I knew my life was going to get difficult. I saw an ad for Tax network USA on a podcast that I watch and bit the bullet and gave them a call. It was the most difficult call i have ever made. That call was the most amazing call. I explained my tax situation to them and they made me feel better immediately.
I hired them to handle my situation. My anxiety level dropped by 90%. I worked with my case agent Angie Bashin for about 1 year. She was always available to me if I had any questions. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. When it came time to resolve the situation with the IRS Angie and my lawyer was able to work out a resolution that I was comfortable with.
Angie also help me get my books in order so I now can file on time without any problems.
I highly recommend Tax Network USA to resolve your Tax problems as well as put you back in a comfort zone to take on the future.

TAX SCAM SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS TO LEGALLY STEAL FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE!…


I signed up with Tax Network USA in December 2024 to help resolve my tax issues. They agreed to deduct $350 every two weeks for 10 payments, starting work immediately.

Despite eight payments made, almost no progress occurred. They repeatedly requested documents I had already submitted, and after nearly two months, they asked again for the same updated paperwork. (Pay stubs, utility bill, car note etc.)

When I contacted the IRS directly, I was informed that nothing had been done on my case. The IRS also confirmed that no one — including Tax Network USA — had contacted them on my behalf at all prior to April 1st, 2025. Which was contact initiated by me. They did put a POA on the account and that was it.

I was told I remained in non-compliant status because I had not filed my 2023 tax return — something Tax Network USA never advised me to do, even though they had my tax transcripts.

Shockingly, even after this, Tax Network USA still claimed my Offer in Compromise (OIC) was in its "final stages," despite the IRS confirming no actions had been taken. And since my 2023 return was still not processed I was in non compliant status. (I mailed my return on April 3rd aftet speaking either IRS)

After learning the truth from the IRS, I personally stopped collections on my account, and was granted a 30-day extension to file my 2023 return — all without any assistance from Tax Network USA.

I then requested to cancel my services with Tax Network USA. In response to this request, they sent me a termination and mutual release agreement. This document required me to waive all claims against them and stay silent about my experience. There was also a clause that arbitration can ONLY be done in L.A
at my expense. They also informed me they would not remove their Power of Attorney (POA) from my IRS account unless I signed their agreement — essentially holding my account hostage. I have the emails to show the correspondence.

Throughout this time, the only consistent action was collecting payments from my account while providing no real service.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. They should be reported to any and every entity allowed, (State Attorney General, BBB, FTC, etc) if they scammed you out of money. Please do thorough research before signing with any tax resolution service, and before you sign anything with THIS company read it thoroughly. Their actions display predatory behavior against vulnerable people.

And I plan on reporting them to any agency that holds them in compliance.
This reply is misleading. I have documented proof—including emails and screenshots—that contradict what this company is claiming. The IRS confirmed no contact had been made on my behalf, despite the company telling me my case was in “final stages.” They also refused to revoke their Power of Attorney unless I signed a waiver. My review was upheld after independent Trustpilot verification when they tried to have it removed.. I stand by every word of what I am saying it is complete facts.I have the emails and dates of contact with IRS to prove it.

We aren't requiring clients to refrain from leaving honest reviews or from disparaging services based on their genuine experiences.

However, it is permissible to include a clause that prevents clients from making false or misleading statements. This provision was developed in consultation with a contract attorney to ensure compliance with FTC regulations.

We are within our rights to ask clients not to make inaccurate or deceptive claims in public reviews, and that is what the clause entails. We do not believe it is reasonable to issue a refund while being publicly misrepresented and falsely accused.

It is not uncommon in our industry for clients to feel dissatisfied with outcomes, especially when expectations do not align with what is legally achievable. Our clients are often in complex and difficult financial situations involving tax debt with the U.S. government.

While complete debt elimination is rarely possible, our services typically place clients in significantly improved financial positions — often resulting in reduced repayment obligations.

Tax Network USA Review

On Thu, Jan 2, 2025 – I contacted Mr. Brian Mitchell and came back to Tax Network as an existing customer. Mr. Mitchell gave me a great price with a military discount and explained that a case worker would be assigned in a few weeks. Mr. Mitchell is professional and great to work with.

Ms. Melissa Guzman contacted me within two weeks, and after a short conversation explaining the process, she told me that she would be assigning my case to the person that will be working on my taxes. Ms. Guzman was also very professional and set everything in motion – she introduced me to Ms. Jeanne Nelson.

Ms. Jeanne Nelson contacted me and let me know she had received all my documentation and if she needed anything else she would let me know. Some time went by, and I contacted Ms. Nelson and she investigated the status and got back to me. IRS threw a curve and Tax Network went to work on it. Now time was getting short, and I was getting in a panic to file on time. Ms. Nelson assured me that they were in contact with the IRS and working on the issues and would automatically file an extension if needed.
It was during this time that I found out how intelligent and well-versed Ms. Nelson was in the tax industry, having 16 years of experience. She started finding mistakes that my tax preparer made before I came to Tax Network. Ms. Nelson has a wonderful soul and was very fun to work with. She spoke with Mr. Gavin George (Manager of Compliance), and they worked nonstop until the taxes were filed. This team at Tax Network is the G.O.A.T. – and on top of all the issues, I got a refund – and my wife and I are happy people.

The only “CON” I have with the process, is the access to the team, and that would not be too bad if it were not for one of the nasty people that answers the phone. Mr. Robert Brooks is nasty, unprofessional, combative with a horrible attitude. During a moment where I was trying to return a call from Ms. Nelson, he would not put me through, stating that I need an appointment to speak with her – I tried to explain that I am retuning her call, we got into it. He is the sole reason for a 4 star out of 5. As an ex-project manager, he caused an undo external risk, that made me question if I would return.

Tax Network is so good, I will go around this negative and simply set weekly meeting with my case worker the next time.

I had a complicated tax issue that I struggled with for quite some time but everything changed when I contacted Tax Network USA. After seeing their commercial, I took a leap of faith and reached out. My case manager Alexis Correa and her team were phenomenal! They were not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. They took the initiative to communicate with the IRS on my behalf and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had in dealing with taxes. I highly recommend Tax Network USA for anyone needing assistance—this is a team you can trust!

Stress free and pleasant employees!

Incredibly pleased with the results and particularly the patience in which my case was handled. I unfortunately did not have all of the necessary documents needed to correctly assess my debt, and the case managers there walked me through the step by step process of getting the needed documents and the case as a whole. I had tried another company previously, and was left on my own to figure out what was needed/additional steps to finish my debt obligation.

I recommend Tax Network USA to anyone who may not feel that they are fully equipped to handle a debt on their own. l always felt taken care of and listened to, even though I'm sure I had not gone through the steps correctly before. Could not ask for a more stress-free experience, given the nature of my situation. Could not recommend more!

One of the best experiences with doing my taxes. The staff was knowledge and welcoming to all my questions and concerns as I always dread doing my taxes each year. This year was the best I have had as the staff really assisted me with all of the paperwork and definitely made me a long-term customer after this year's interaction and making this tax year the easiest and simplest of my life.
