Shaun McSorley with Travel Options was from the start very organised,helpful,professional and really lovely to deal with. The Beat Lounge was very atmospheric and meeting retired players was an honour.Our match seats had a crystal clear view of the pitch. A class act , thanks Shaun

Shaun was extremely helpful and quick to respond on any queries I had. It was my sons first game at Anfield so we wanted to go and sit together as a family. Shaun got us 4 tickets for the Burnley Home game and got us all sitting together with a clear view of the pitch. This to me was very important when you have a 7 year old with you experiencing their first game. It made his first memory of Anfield a special one and he hasnt stopped talking about it since. YNWA. Please don’t listen to the one star negative review. If I could give Shaun 6 stars I would. We book hospitality every year for my disabled brothers birthday. The experience Shaun gave was exceptional, when we booked we did have a short time without contact but Shaun is a recommended vendor by Liverpool
FC and when I emailed him he came back immediately, he also emailed me late at night and did everything he could to make our experience amazing. I was honestly so impressed, his dedication to customer care and going above and beyond in my experience is unquestionable, I will be booking through Shaun next year no doubt and would recommend anyone reading this does so. I did need to prompt to ensure the tickets arrived on time, but other than that I received efficient service, a fantastic package at a reasonable price and I will definitely use them again in the future.

At first I was not happy with the service provided,as I received no receipt or confirmation of my booking for an LFC match.

However, Shaun made good and in the end everything worked out perfectly for my trip. I now will have the confidence to book with then again

I bought 3 tickets to liverpool v newcastle for my wife and son as a christmas present. The tickets were in a brilliant location in the main stand and the anfield beat lounge was very nice. I wouldnt hesitate to use shaun and travel option sports again.

Very good hotel in the centre of Liverpool (Hampton by Hilton) and hospitality experience in the Beat Lounge at Anfield for the cup match vs West Ham. The booking confirmation for the hotel and details about the match ticket and downloading it to your phone was provided in good time a few days prior to the match. All in all a very good experience and I would use again in the future.

As an American and lifelong Liverpool fan I was nervous buying tickets for the first time, ensuring I only purchased them from an authorized reseller as I was traveling to watch these matches. My experience was incredible as Shaun was helpful and guided me along well through the process. He offered the best prices of any reseller authorized or not, and provided me awesome tickets to both West Ham and Arsenal. My experience was amazing and I would definitely go through him against next time I travel to Anfield

We had a great weekend at the Liverpool v Man Utd game. The Ibis Albert Dock is very centrally located. The bus stop for the buses to Anfield (No. 26 & 27) is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The seats in the Main Stand were great and Shaun looked after us brilliantly. I had a few queries and Shaun was always very responsive. Had a little issue checking in but Shaun took my call on a Saturday evening and sorted it straight away. Highly recommend Travel Options
