We had a wonderful week in Tuscany. The villa was beautiful, the food was delicious and the people who looked after us were absolutely delightful. A perfect pit stop from the hustle and bustle of London life, this little slice of heaven calms the soul and recharges the batteries ready for the rest of the year. Our kids loved the private pool, and the Italian cuisine never failed to impress. Packing some bug spray is a good idea, but other than that just kick back, relax and let the Tuscan countryside work its magic.

Flawless holiday. To Tuscany were very easy to deal with and always responsive. The Villa and surrounding area was stunning and our host Vasile couldn’t have been better!

I cannot fault To Tuscany as a travel company they were extremely good. Although the villa was good and the best equipped place we have stayed in, there are a few things I would like to point out. Villa in a beautiful situation but quite remote long and windy roads, must have a car. Not very good if you have mobility issues outside to the pool very uneven due to being natural stone, plus the stone stairs upto the rooms. I can appreciate the age of the building but I think this needs to be pointed out. Although the villa is old and they are keeping the features it really needs decluttering they are spoiling the natural feeling of the building plus it is making it very dark. Less is more. I would like to stress To Tuscany are superb and very helpful I every way and would not hesitate to use them again. I have tried to get an email for the villa but do not have one.

Having used ToTuscany back in 2019, it was clear due to their seamless service and recomendations, we enjoyed a fabulously cosseted holiday that we still talk about today. Due to the pandemic we have cancelled two holidays with them and there have been no recriminations and we are planning using there services next year. This is a company who go the whole mile to provide customer satisfaction. Well done!!!

We have booked with To Tuscany twice now, the first was for a holiday in 2019 which was nothing short of excellent so we booked again for the following year. Because of covid we had to reschedule and following a family issue had to delay again for another year. The staff were extremely understanding and compassionate to our situation which was such a relief and brilliant. Would recommend To Tuscany and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We have booked and travelled with To-Tuscany several times now and cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are professional and so very accommodating and will go out of their way to help you find the right villa to suit your needs.
We have had some difficult times having to reschedule and rebook due to covid and ill health but none of this was an issue. It almost felt like we had our own personal travel consultant.
I would not hesitate to recommend booking a villa in Tuscany with To- Tuscany.

Once again we have used to Tuscany. Why would we go anywhere else. Lisa and the team have gone to extraordinary lengths to find us the right villa for our trip. No question was too trivial.

We had a fantastic trip to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Really impressed with the service received from To Tuscany from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

We recently travelled as a young family and had a wonderful stay. I had been a tad worried travelling with a toddler but To Tuscany were fantastic in accommodating us and any needs we had, ensuring a high chair and cot were set up upon arrival. Our villa La Vigna was spacious and well equipped, decorated in the traditional style it was idyllic. The hot tub overlooking the vineyards is truly breathtaking. The recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit were spot on and some real gems tucked away, we have completely fallen in love with the area. We highly recommend the cooking class at Ristorante Malborghetto. We will definitely be booking with To Tuscany again and cannot wait to return. Thank you!

Excellent service provided from start to finish. I've used To-Tuscany more than once and wouldnt hesitate to again. Nothing too much trouble and very accommodating during both our stays.
Serravalle and La Vigna, both perfect for us and would gladly visit again.

Had a fantastic few days in Lucca and will definitely go back sometime. Fell foul of a system I did not understand I suppose. Bought tickets for a bus ticket for my son and I to Pisa train station but didn't validate them and got fined 80 euros. The person that issued the fine lacked any empathy whatsoever and in my opinion needs some retraining indeed. I had travelled on the train with bought tickets but hadn't validated with them either so blimey when is a ticket a ticket? The ticket says please validate but it in my opinion it should say you must validate your ticket or face a big fine. I have been a civil servant in the UK working as a pharmacist in Wales for 35 years and defrauding is not what I do.

This was our first holiday that we booked with To Tuscany and I'm impressed! Easy booking online, an attractive website with clear pictures of the properties and so much useful info and a very helpful team who answered my questions promptly. We had a very enjoyable stay in the idyllic Montebuoni hamlet in Chianti. Simply perfect! Will definitely book with To Tuscany again!

Absolutely useless! We had a major problem with the villa owner and They provide no solution to the problem and can’t even act as a liaison . Not straight forward with any policies. USELESS!

I booked a 3 bedroom villa with To Tuscany for 2020 and had very useful information from the team, helping with what I was looking for and tours I could book.
Unfortunately because of COVID-19 we were unable travel, they allowed me to move it to May 2021 and obviously that is still a problem!
Today I received a full refund of my deposit into my bank account which I think is an amazing service, as I only emailed less than a week ago.
When time permits and I am able to travel with my family again I would not hesitate to contact To Tuscany to book my villa.

Just booked up again and we can't express enough how excited we are , we have used To Tuscany a few times now and their services are the best , they are efficient and very professional and their customer service team are phenomenal, I am an insulin dependent and the company couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in ensuring my needs were met. Thanks ToTuscany look out for our next reservations.

Great service with top quality villas. Everything was just perfect

Booked a villa in Tuscany last year, I had used the company on a previous trip and they were very good. Covid hits and we rearranged our trip to May 2021. Unfortunately the U.K. will not allow foreign travel at the time of our trip and it would be illegal for us to travel abroad. The company will not issue a refund as ‘they are not a tour operator’ and ‘the Italian boarders are open to travel’. So we have the option of a ‘voucher’ to use in 2021 or rebook for next year.
I this has been ongoing for 2 years now and we cannot travel. We just want our money back. We have done nothing wrong and took their initial offer of postponing a year (and paying extra in a deposit) in good faith, money we will now likely loose.
Watch your step, they don’t comply with the U.K. rules.
We will be taking further steps to complain.

Following my initial review and following my complaints ToTuscany have now agreed to refund my deposit. This has restored my faith in this company, whom i have enjoyed booking with in the past. Rather frustrated it took an afternoon to complain, but in the end they value customer feedback and experience. Thank you ToTuscany.
