Don't think of having a bet with this firm I bet a winner but never got paid they said I was on 3 seconds after the off it was a 2 1/2 mile chase not only that they let me watch the race in the shop then when I went to get paid they told me . CROOK !!!!! Just stole my money.

If you have ant sense avoid this company like the plague. They change odds never in your favour and always try to avoid paying out. I will be seeking legal advice

MY CARD USED on someone else account and these crooks won’t refund the money to my account even though they have evidence it was my card used on someone else’s account! Legal advice being taken and complaining to gambling commission. They have completely ignored other issues of sever mental health problems. These people are heartless criminals

Refuse to payout on League winners this season as the leagues were incomplete and void, all other bookmakers that I've seen ARE paying out, won't be back with them..

Say's on their website best odds gauranteed , Liars i will never be back no wonder their Bangor shop is always empty. Robbers ! Stay away is my advice.

done a bet over and under the favourites in a double with a winning horse the bet was under 60 pts it totalled up to 55 went to lift my winnings of over nine hundred pound and they said that a horse that finished 3rd in a six horse race counted they said it was in there rules but out of 20 fellas we couldn't find it there a bunch of robbing tramps stay away

Allowed me to open a new account and spend over £2000 when I had already self excluded. When I contacted them about it they refused to acknowledge my previous self exclusion and basically told me they weren’t bothered

Made a withdrawal with toals on a 27/11/17 it is now the 04/12/17 still not received when I contacted them was told it was sent on the 27th. Do not use this company.

Would not recommend. After about a month I received an email from them to say that i am no longer eligible for promotion. Seems a strange way to treat a new customer.
