Ordered some Ghosts from the Past booster boxes, which were great value at retail with additional discount with the more you purchase.
Happy with the products on receipt and even pulled a ghost rare blue eyes alternative!

First time buyer, was not disappointed
First time buying from Toasted Magic. I was lucky enough to get selected to purchase a Dragapult prime box. Got here quickly and had no issues. They also handled the distribution of Pokemon Celebrations really well considering the crazy going on in the hobby nowadays.
Also, they're not scalpers as some buyers might insinuate. They're selling at msrp for the UK. It's more expensive. If you don't like it, don't buy from overseas. Otherwise they've done great by me so far, have a pretty cool loyalty program, and definitely deserve a chance if you've never purchased from them before.
My order number was 1306 and I pre purchased the Dragapult Prime box.

Toasted magic have a great concept
Toasted magic have a great concept, I absolutely love their marketing and their website. Just looks very cool.
I bought a Celebrations ETB from them and they shipped it and everything felt perfect.
However received the item in its box without any protection. The ETB just rolling around inside. The outer parcel was not damaged by Royal Mail. However it's worth noting that if you send anything by mail or courier it must be adequately protected. You have to expect the parcel to get a few bumps on the journey.
My ETB was received damaged due to no adequate packaging. It would be fine if it were for opening but I want this in my sealed collection. I've never ordered from somewhere that leaves the item to move around in the box like this.
Inside the box came a nice little QR code in an envelope, very fresh looking and a nice touch... but would rather of had the money spent on some packing first.

We are not so pleased with ourselves with the packaging provided to you. That should never have happened. It may have been secure when we packaged it but it is clear it wasn't not enough for transit to you. As a result of your experience we have looked into investing in better/bespoke packaging today to use going forward. For your inconvenience, please check your emails for a little sorry gift!
I really hope this mishap hasn't prevented from giving us another go :)
