Long delay with dispatch
Ordered early morning 23rd of Feb, a tote bag £46 and bag charm £12 which were not cheap but bought as a gift so really didn’t mind, paid £8 for delivery which in my opinion is beyond what I would pay for next day delivery in the uk (nothing to say it’s not being dispatched from uk suppliers) but again it is a gift so was willing to pay the extra extravagant cost of shipment, sent a dispatch notice via email late on the 27th of Feb. I have no way of tracking my items and no updates via email, I am an avid online shopper and have not experienced this before especially with an £8 delivery cost, I still do not know what the parcel status is and have know idea when it will delivered 🤷🏼♀️ very disappointed with the delivery service and lack of communication from Toby black. Won’t buy again due to this, cannot comment on quality of items as I’ve still not received.

Every single item is beautiful + great quality
Every single item I ordered is simply fabulous! Great quality and beautifully designed. I could not be more pleased. Especially the leads in black and red are wonderful, strong and sturdy, simply perfect. The stickers are fun to look at and will find a spot on my notebook and my suitcases. The bandana will look cute on my puppy girl.
