Order never arrived and contacted customer services and heard nothing back. Always been really happy with previous orders.

I ordered this lip balm over 3 weeks ago now and still haven’t got it I just keep getting these emails about it not being made etc etc the service is bad an terribly slow I understand why people just go to Superdrug get a well established brand. I needed this when my baby had sore chapped lips hes over it now, I would love to find out how to cancel this order now! So quick to take payment but when it comes to service ridiculously slow

Made an order 21 days ago, still not received it and when I queried why was told that 2 items were out of stock.So they are happy to keep my money for 21 days and not send any items or let me know. Not very impressed so far

Lovely parcel received with all the goodies. Using the balm on my sons dry skin and it is working really well. Very adaptaive balm. Santizer is really cute and me and my daughter love it very natural and looks good

Amazing products, bought the bar soap and shampoo, both smell beautiful and natural at same time, I have very sensitive hands from using hand sanitizers and this soap is the only one that doesn't adjatate them further it is actually very soothing, shampoo smells amazing I have to hold myself back from eating it lol, above all customer services are the best by a mile I've ever come across, well done to all, will be buying plenty more for myself and as gifts too.

Toddle is a dream brand! Everything is so well thought through and you can trust that everything has been made consciously. My son adores his snoods, abd I was stunned at how soft they are and no seams or labels - wonderful! We don’t go anywhere without the hand sanitiser, too. Highly recommend.

The personalized clips are flimsy and break easily. Not sure if the sanitizer actually works. Hands don’t feel any different after using it. As opposed to alcohol based ones. I definitely wouldn’t pay so much for it in the future but it was nice to try it.

This is my first purchase but I’m so so happy with the products and the quality. I had a little query which was answered quickly with wonderful friendly customer service. My daughter loves her antibacterial spray it’s on her school bag. It’s easy to use, handy and so portable. Will definitely recommending toddlebornwild.com to all my family and friends!!

Fantastic sanitiser for little hands and it has actually been fantastic on my hands (I have excema so most sanitisers really sting). I'll be ordering some more and have already recommended it to lots!
