Disappointing Return Experience

Although I never used the product, I was surprised by how difficult the return process was. They made it almost impossible for me to exercise my right to return. My request was rejected simply because I had purchased the item during a temporary discount, which was used as a reason to deny the return. Throughout the process, I encountered constant obstacles. Even when I offered to return the item, I was told that I would have to cover the return shipping cost, and the entire process was handled in a way that clearly discouraged returns. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of customer care. Because of this, I won’t be recommending this brand to other parents.

Very good quality product and…

Very good quality product and responsive customer service. Upon contacting them and describing the issue, they swiftly responded and reacted just as expected. We are very happy with the clay mat, now enlarged!

I'm thrilled with the reversible…

I'm thrilled with the reversible playmat I purchased! It looks beautiful and fits perfectly with my home style. It's soft and cosy—my child loves it, and so do we as parents. A special shoutout to the amazing customer service, especially the support from Jes!

Returned a product at own expense as…

Returned a product at own expense as local post office was unable to process the label provided. Now customer service claims their warehouse never received the item … terrible after sales support but daily sales push via email. Product ok, but service is a catastrophe. Would not buy here again.

Highly recommended!
Modern and subtle colours. It’s soft, cushioned, and easy to clean, making it practical and safe for playtime. While I do miss having a storage bag to keep it tidy when not in use. A great addition to any baby's home

Spent a lot more for a premium high…

Spent a lot more for a premium high quality product, and within few months it’s falling apart.
1. The pattern is peeling off from the foam & is unsafe for the baby
2. Very easy for baby to pull the pieces along the edge apart!

Need to evaluate in the long term

We bought a series of products, including the playmat. Everything was high quality and made to last. We had an issue with the playmat that started peeling after a few weeks, although we followed the company's instructions as far as the cleaning of the surface was concerned. Customer Service have been very efficient and have now provided us with new tiles to replace the damaged one. Let's hope that the same problem will not resurface again.

The best investment for our family!

This amazing playmat has really been an investment for our family, my son is having safe fun on it.
I now enjoy sitting on the floor much more as the mat is soft and my back is thankful for it.
The designs are exceptional and you can match them beautifully with your home decor.
I have been amazed with the wonderful after sales service, it has been amazing!

Fantastic customer service and a great…

Fantastic customer service and a great product. They offer a two year warranty and a tile replacement service on Playmats. Unbeatable. Gorgeous designs too and the company actually are eco conscious and plant trees for every purchase

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service - paid for an item that I never received. I am being completely ignored. There is proof that the item was delivered to the wrong location - still I am the one who needs to sort it out.

3 e-mails from customer services to tell me that this is not their problem - I should sort it out with the delivery company. To be honest, the worst customer service emails I have ever seen - and this coming from a baby/kids company.

Since 1 week - no response. As of today - I paid for an item that I will never receive and no one is answering my emails.

Odor causing headaches & CS inconsistent

I ordered the toddlekind playmat and when it arrived it had a super strong chemical odor. It gave us headaches and made our Dyson fans that detect poor air quality go crazy. I thought I’d give it a few days to air out before contacting the company. I didn’t see any improvement and asked toddlekind. First, they said ‘oh of course that shouldn’t happen - it’s probably because of a neutralizing agent that wasn’t aired out properly’, they checked batch numbers, and sent me a new one - which has exactly the same problem. When I contacted them again they said ‘oh it does happen for a few days, all playmats smell…’ and I could return for a refund only if all items are still in original packaging…and I have to drop (the pretty big!) boxes off at a collection site for DPD. The issue is still not solved and weeks later the mats are still in my house and still smell so bad we have to keep them in an unused room with the door closed. A headache in more ways than one.
