Poor quality product, rude staff and wilful ignorance of the consumer rights act. Avoid at all costs
My item was poor quality, and it was not noticed until I was part way through using it (custom paint by numbers) The paints were the wrong colour and quite poor quality.
Would not refund, replace, or accept a return, even though the product was effectively useless.
Staff were rude and wilfully misinterpreted the consumer rights act.
Do not use, you will be disappointed and out of pocket.
