It is a fake company , never receive my order , they just move that problem to delivery company and they even don`t have my postcode . It is not my job , to sort your delivery .

BUYER BEWARE. If i could give zero stars I would! The quality of products ( bought the dog lamps) were cheap plastic and not worth £5 each let alone £35 each. I had to go through PayPal dispute centre just to get return address for refund. And I have the pleasure of sending back at my own cost to Spain (from UK). Save your money!!! Buy elsewhere. I will update again once I know they honour the return package. Otherwise back to PayPal for help ( who I would give 5 stars to!)
Update- finally received refund but only because PayPal got involved. Don’t buy from here. They are as bad as scammers.

This seems a bit flaky. My credit card was billed on May 16 (Hustling Ecom LLC, not Todococo) and I just received the order today (July 21). When I tried tracking the order it sat in the same place for months (it wasn't clear where it was. I think maybe it said USPS was awaiting arrival of the item.) When I contacted Todococo support May 29 and again June 12 I was told international orders were being delayed by 8 weeks. I wasn't aware they were an overseas company but decided to continue to wait. When the order arrived today the label said it was from CVG Returns in Hebron, Kentucky! The tracking showed it going from California to Illinois and then on to Missouri. Nothing about Kentucky was in the tracking. Weird!! At least I finally received the order, but apparently I didn't order what I thought I did. When I went back to check the website I found that there was a drop down menu I missed for ordering the 2 pairs of scissors I thought I was ordering so I had only ordered one. We had given up and ordered other scissors from another place. By the time these scissors arrived they were no longer needed because I used the others for the haircut.

ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND STILL NOTHING. THIS WILL BE A NIGHTMARE FOR YOU TRYING TO GET YOUR PRODUCT OR MONEY BACK!! EVEN IF YOU POSSIBLY GET YOUR PRODUCT AND NEED A REFUND CHANCES ARE YOU'LL PAY MORE TO SHIP BACK. WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMMMMM

CRAP! I ordered 5 weeks ago and no item has arrived. I’ve emailed them several times and no reply to any of them. Everytime I go to track my parcel it’s says in transit but has been like that for the past 4 weeks. I’ve not had any reply’s or answers to where my parcel is. I paid quite a lot for my item too. I can’t even ask them for a refund as they are not replying to me. RIDICULOUS

I bought a pair of earrings and they were high quality, much better than expected. I highly recommend this store. Customer support was helpful as well.

This company appears to be a scam. It has no listed physical location except online, the 800# is never answered, and I placed an order over a month ago and the items were never delivered. I sent an email to support and they answered one time saying they were out of stock and would arrive by last week but once again, the product never arrived and my payment was processed immediately upon purchase. They advertise on Instagram yet have a social media profile with zero posts. Learned my lesson the hard way and I would not recommend making a purchase with this company. UPDATE: I received a full refund from the company after I opened a PayPal case requesting it.
