I had the same experience as Oliver... ordered 10 panels, and they arrived in what looked like good order, but on unwrapping, the bottom panel was completely smashed due to them using an absurdly small pallet, with no protection and the panels stacked glass-down. Bear in mind these are 22Kg each. Company was very dismissive and not interested in the case even though I sent detailed photographs showing how ridiculous the packaging was. The financial loss is not even the main issue. I needed 10 panels not 9, and there seemed to be little to no care taken to ensure safe transport. I think I was lucky to get away with only losing 1. Pity, because they are the only European company I was able to find who shipped terra cotta coloured panels.

I bought some temperature gauges on Sunday and the order arrived on Tuesday.

The service was very fast and the products arrived correctly.

I purchased a kit this year from this company for an off grid setup. They delivered a very cheap version of an inverter, not the one specified in the kit. After some weeks and many emails I finally received the correct inverter. Some weeks later as I had not been well, I had the kit installed by my electrician all under the guidance of the manufacturer's technical person. Then after just 7 weeks the inverter stopped working and left me with no power at all. I emailed the company immediately. The response was very slow, then after a week I was told to send it to a company for repair! I said that I would like a technician to come to my installation and fix it. To send it to near Malaga, a 6 hour drive, and would cost me over 100 € to send and I had nothing to send it in! I was desperate as it was costing me around 15€ a day for petrol for my difficult to start generator... after more days I offered to take it to the inverter experts near Valencia as it was a 2 hour drive and I was getting desperate. After some days I had a message that she would see if this was possible!!! Now TWO WEEKS later, still nothing from this woman... She knew that I was an 80 year old guy living by myself without power or pump for water... I bet it would have been different if I was her father! Dreadful company which I would never recommend after the way in which I was treated.... Disgusted, Catral.

There's not much info on this company, aka Salantay Natur SL, based in Toledo, Spain, but I decided to take a calculated risk in purchasing 20 x solar panels (500w) in May 2020. These panels are produced in China and are quite difficult to obtain in the UK/Europe. OK, here goes: goods were shipped on a pallet and delivered by a third party shipping company, they offloaded by the kerbside as expected and goods signed for as received. It was later discovered that the bottom two panels were damaged due to an uneven placement of the pallet. I immediately informed the supplier (Mr Mario Diaz) and was assured this would be resolved by sending replacements. This took a further 6 weeks to discover there was no fault by the shipping company and therefore no recourse to compensation or replacement of the two damaged panels which cost 210 Euros each + shipping (345 Euros). I had no alternative but to engage a Spanish lawyer to help recover the losses including consequential losses but this posed an increased risk of potentially winning a legal case (similar to a small claims proceeding) but incurring higher legal costs. The award of legal costs in Spain are subject to the judges discretion - I could not take that additional risk.
It is my opinion, Mr Diaz acted dishonourably and could reasonably have replaced the damaged panels in good faith, but decided to prolong responses to requests and eventually stopped replying to emails and posted letters sent by the lawyers. My experience with this company has been awful and expensive. I would NOT recommend using this company.
