TOE Academy — The Offshore Engineer Academy — is an education brand built specifically for offshore structural engineers. We teach working engineers how to move from executing SACS tasks to owning full analyses end-to-end. Founded and led by Arjun Viswanathan, a practising offshore structural engineer and PhD candidate in Ocean Engineering at IIT Madras, TOE Academy bridges the gap between vendor software training and the engineering judgement required on live offshore projects. Our faculty network draws from IIT and NIT alumni with real project experience across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We currently run three structured programmes delivered through live cohort-based sessions: the flagship SACS Masterclass covering the full analysis suite (in-place, PSI, spectral fatigue, lifting, loadout, pushover, blast, ship impact, dropped object); a specialised FPSO Topside Module Design programme; and an entry-level SACS Intermediate: Offshore Jacket Analysis programme for engineers building their foundations. Every programme is built on the same principle: teach the engineering first, the software second. We don't just show you where to click — we explain why each modelling decision matters, how reviewers will challenge it, and how to defend it. Our students come from EPC contractors, offshore consultancies, and operator companies worldwide.
