Package without protection, a lot of breakage on arrival and part of the order missing

Ordered on monday afternoon expected delivery the following day according to the website. Was delivered Friday. Cost of delivery 8€ from toeman to Brussels.
When I complained to toemen they say 'although it it annoying its outside their control. The problem lies with postnl.'
Toemen.nl you need to take the responsibility. If one of your subcontractors underperforms you need to own up to it

Update: I was contacted by Jasper the owner after he read the scathing review. He suggested refunding the delivery costs which I will gladly accept so long as he puts the refund on my toemen account so that I can spend it with them again

order 80% incomplete must work with a current inventory schedule. Everything appears available and when it comes to sending everything, only 3 x items are available and paying €4.95 for the shipment does not justify and then the shipment was not delivered.

I ordered a full set of bearings. After getting an email they were backordered, I contacted them for more info about an ETA.

As their supplier did not have an idea about the delivery time they didn't knew when they'll get them shipped to me. Jeroen helped me really well and provided a solution by suggesting other bearings and refunding the difference to me.

Model was delivered on-time and in good condition, packaging was effective. Additionally, the website has a good selection of models at a reasonable price. Including some rare products that are always nice to see. I will definitely be ordering here in the future.

I've been a client at Toemen since February 2020. I find the service to be more than good, the staff is really helpful and they reply quite fast via email. I haven't had any issues with anything that I have bought from them both in person and online. However, if the shop is crowded it can be hard to experience the pleasant experience when shopping in person.

Bad experience in the start. Ordered two batteries from them. One had dead cell error as received. Called them, sent emails. No reply so far. Probably the staff needs more training and learn to resolve customer complaints.

Update: The owner Jasper contacted me and offered a replacement battery and complimentary goodies as a gesture of good will and service. Very responsive owner and quick resolution of issue. Thanks for that and I'm looking forward to the delivery of replacement soon.

Ordered a replacement gimbal for my DJI Air. Website does not mention that used/reburbished units are send. After arrival there is all evidence that the unit I received was not new OEM: fingerprints, protective foil on lens had air bubbles underneath, loctite blue already in the screwing holes and most importantly a defective flex cable with a clearly visible damage... After many calls not picked up I finally managed to reach them and they tried to convince me that they only send new units: loctite blue is always already there (why or how???) and the damage to the flex cable was 'hardly of importance'.
The good news: I was given quite swiftly (remorse?) the choice whether I wanted to receive another unit or my money back. Obviously I choose the latter...

By the way.. did not want to post a review and all of the above.. in doubt as they were so convincing on the phone... However, I ordered the gimbal at another company and indeed, the unit was as I would expect really new. No loctite, no damages, straight foil on lens, and no fingerprints.

BTW: the unit came from both companies in quite a sloppy packaging, directly as they leave DJI. Given price of the units (250 EUR +) one would expect more protection...
