Excellent quality shoes and genuinely outstanding customer service. The boots are fantastic value for money and have stood up to daily school wear far better than others we’ve tried.
We need to be quite particular about fit and support, and when a style didn’t work for my daughter, the team handled the exchange quickly, kindly, and with real understanding. They went above and beyond what I expected, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
A company that clearly cares about both their products and their customers. Highly recommend.

Customer service fantastic!
The inner soles being stitched into the shoe is enough to make me want to buy these again! Great idea! The shoes look great and I love the sizing guides on the sole of the shoe. We had an issue with the leather peeling off of one of the shoes after only a couple of months but this was dealt with quickly and we had new shoes delivered so quickly. The customer service is outstanding!

Avoid wasting your hard earned cash
I purchased a pair of these shoes for my 5 year old for the start of his new school year.
Fast forward a few months and the shoes are completely destroyed.
The shoes have frayed all over and there is a massive rip in the leather at the front.
To be honest they started to fray after the first week but by this point I’d already thrown away the receipt from Sainsbury’s where I purchased them.
I emailed their customer services with picture evidence and was basically told that they will forward my feedback on!
I’ve now had to spend another £30 on shoes at M&S to replace these.
Avoid at all costs. Poor quality shoes which cannot withstand basic wear and tear.

That stock is completely separate from our own brand stock and was purchased exclusively by Sainsbury’s. Quality shoes at affordable price
Fast and efficient delivery, easy to use website, quality shoes that last for a reasonable price.
I bought a pair of toezone shoes from a supermarket last year and I was surprised at how well they lasted so this year I specifically searched them out. I found the toezone website and my daughter chose the shoes she loved and they are exactly as described on the site, high quality and very comfortable to wear, in her words.
Thanks for offering an alternative quality shoe option that lasts and doesn't break the bank.

Crumbling inside
We love toezone as my kids are tough on shoes and wear the toes on seconds. HOWEVER, my daughter's last 2 pairs of toezone have crumbled inside. The pad has come loose and the bit under that makes the shoe has crumbled in to pieces.
I still buy them purely because they don't ruin the toes as fast but a second pair crumbling inside isn't great.

LEATHER SHOES FOR KIDS
I was looking for solid leather shoes for my child for reception.
My daughter quickly wears out her shoes. Your shoes looked strong and are nice. Unfortunately I was very shocked when my daughter came home the second day with a hole in her shoe. You should reinforce the fronts because they are made of soft leather. The sole of the shoe and the insole are fine.These shoes are not cheap.

I never bother with reviews but I am so pleased with these shoes I wanted to tell everybody. I have tried so many different brands for my daughters expensive and cheap and stumbled upon Toezone's unicorn boots. The boots were great, so we have just ordered the shoes and they are great too. Brilliant shoes and customer service!
I have been buying Toezone shoes now for my girls for the last 3-4 years and the quality, comfort, ease of measuring all converted me from Clark’s. They are also very well priced for the quality you receive. I have also had wonderful experiences with the customer service who have dealt with issues and queries quickly, and kindly. I wouldn’t buy anything else as long as my girls still fit in their shoes!! 🤩

Excellent customer service
I had some issues with the measurements of my daughter's feet so the shoes I initially ordered did not fit. However, Toezone were fantastic in terms of explaining the measuring system and asked me to take and send photos of my daughter's measurements. They also asked me some questions about my daughter's feet and were able to advise on the most suitable style before sending out an alternative pair, which arrived very promptly. The shoes are comfortable, sturdy and of good quality and I would purchase again. Excellent customer service, which is a rarity these days. Thank you.

I had high hopes for these shoes
I had high hopes for these shoes
My daughter is 5, year 1, wears these 3 days a week. Had them since November.
We bought shoes with the additional toe buffer as so many other pairs have been scrapped. Now, the toe buffer has been ripped from the shoe in many places so not exactly doing what it was meant to.
Went to put them on today and the pink insoles has moved, no biggie. Took it out to put it back and the bottom of the shoe is starting to crumble. Big bits are coming off and they appear to have mould.
I'll still buy more because they've lasted more than a week but I'd definitely expected them not to crumble and the buffer zone to be better than it is.

Unbelievable quality, amazingly thought out and no stone left unturned!
These are so beautiful as school shoes for our daughter and genuinely they have thought of everything! Reflective stars for extra night time safety, added memory foam insole, glittery leather which my daughter loves and a perfect size guide on the bottom of the shoe. LOVE IT
