I make my own tofu and need a tofu press that is suitable for artisan-made tofu. NOT TOFUBUD. It is only suitable for pressing store-bought tofu blocks when you want your tofu more compressed. As a tool for draining and pressing homemade tofu it is quite useless. I will be returning the Tofubud, and I wish that the company made it clear in their advertising that the product has such a limited application.

I do agree with the other reviews that this press is a game changer for my tofu, and has really made my switch to veganism easier. But! I want to talk more about the service team who make this all possible. My first press unfortunately arrived with a crack (personally I think it was a mishap during delivery - it still worked great except for a small leak, which really speaks to the sturdiness of the press even after damage). I contacted support to see if they had any recommendations for sealing it off, and instead they shipped a replacement! The support team was nothing but kind, and I really can't express my gratitude enough for their understanding.

I received the first tofu press VERY quickly but noticed that it arrived damaged. I wrote the customer service representatives after business hours and they got back to me WITHIN TWO HOURS. A replacement was immediately sent out and I couldn't be happier with the kind and helpful support I received.

I am so glad I purchased TofuBud! It is so easy to use, I don’t waste paper towels and I can be doing other things while the tofu is having the liquid squeezed out Love the texture of the tofu!

Best thing ever, will never go without a tofu press again! I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years and I am so mad I only just discovered this! In 15 minutes it gets my tofu dryer, and keeps it in a better shape, compared to when I try to drain it myself with whatever I have in the kitchen. It's amazing how much water this thing presses out. Easy to use, and even better it's easy to clean.

We have made several purchases at Tofubud and with each purchase, the support team has provided the best service a client could ask for from a supplier of consumer products. Each product exceeds expectations and best of all our meals have reached new levels of WOW and Awesomeness!!

I ordered a tofubud tofu press and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer care and they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new replacement. I am hopeful this will arive with no problems and i can't wait to start using it.

A handy device. Always wanted to press tofu but didn't like my improvised methods. Glad to be able to try some new tofu techniques.

I received the press in the afternoon, and my evening meal was a delicious
meal featuring cubed and marinated tofu. The tofu press was easy to use and
provided me with the best compressed tofu I've ever worked with in the many
years that I've cooked with tofu. I'm totally satisfied with this simple
device!

My Tofubud arrived cracked and customer service was super quick and friendly about getting a new one shipped to me! Plus it's a great product ☺️

I received my Tofubud with a large crack in the large tub that’s meant to hold the water pressed from the tofu. This was unfortunate, but most likely happened during transit, oh well. I contacted their customer support and they were able to assist me so quickly and efficiently! They kept me constantly up to date with any new developments on my replacement, down to the day it was delivered. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Now that I have received my Tofubud and gotten the chance to test it out, I can def say it was worth the wait/exchange. Has made the prep infinitely quicker and mess-free!! 10/10 recommend!

I ordered two TofuBuds that arrived damaged, due to shipping. They replaced both of them swiftly and carefully. My contact with them was easy, with their quick and helpful replies. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I will recommend them to everyone.

Tofu Bud! I used the tofu bud for the first time last night and it was quick, easy and tasted fantastic! I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered my tofu bud a few weeks ago and had an original shipping date that changed to an earlier date so I would be getting it a lot sooner. On the day it was to be delivered I got a text from the post office saying they sent it back due to an incomplete address. I sent an email to tofubud support and got a response asking me if my address was correct. I responded back saying it was and they confirmed that it was being returned to them and that they would contact the warehouse to send a new one out to me. I received it the other day and had the chance to use it for the first time last night. It works perfectly! I looked at several other tofu presses but kept coming back to this one. The person that worked with me kept in touch making sure that I received my purchase. She even confirmed that I did receive it after getting a notice that it was delivered. More companies need to follow the customer support model that this company is using. I will definitely buy from them again and tell others to do so

Squeezes tofu in 20 minutes and is very simple to use and clean. Great product.
