Second time I’ve been to the store in middlebrook Bolton and served again by Colette.
She gives fabulous caring knowledgeable customer service
Took my parents in with me yesterday and we all bought a coat. And again Colette gave the same service ten out of ten Naturally kind person who went above and beyond, my mum disabled and can only move one arm, she helped her in every way 👍👍👍. Had to write review. Thank you Colette 👍👍

I've had difficulty finding the perfect seasonal jacket/coat this winter and happened on Tog 24.

Whilst the size 10 jacket I bought online fitted perfectly in the shoulders and body (Enya Womens Longline Softshell Jacket) I found the sleeves tight, particularly the upper sleeve, even whilst wearing a micro fleece. I wanted to try a bigger size before I returned and repurchased as I've gone through that process too many times this winter.

I located a Tog24 store at Middlebrook Retail Park and called ahead to make sure they had the same style in stock. Anna, the member of staff I spoke to on the phone went out of her way to be helpful. Anna checked the stock and although the store did not have the colour I wanted, Racing Green, in store she put a jacket aside for me to try for size. I called the same afternoon and tried the larger size. With Anna and her colleague, Elizabeth M's, guidance and reassurance on the fit they refunded, and returned my original purchase and ordered me a replacement size 12 jacket in my original colour choice, to be delivered to my home address. My new jacket arrived this morning and fits perfectly.
Anna and Elizabeth made the process simple and hassle free, thank you so much ladies.

I would rate higher but Rebecca and Hayley just left the chat while serving me without any notice.

Fantastic customer service from Michala and Liv at Ashford Outlet Tog 24 shop today! Nothing was too much trouble. Got two coats with their help. Can not praise them enough! They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Made my shopping trip so much easier thank you! Will definitely be back!

Staff at Clarks Village store were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much when asking for different sizes that weren’t on display.

I cannot be more pleased with the service I received at the Swindon outlet centre. I wish I had the name of the gentleman who served me today - helpful and informative, and very kind. The way service should be. Unlike so many other stores, we were allowed to shop until we needed help, and we were not hassled during our visit.

Nice, helpful and friendly staff. They carry a great range of new Tog24 stock and also sale/sample/faulty stock. Something to suit every budget. Sarah is lovely and very helpful. Dog friendly too 💖

Bought a hoodie around Christmas. Washed once and followed care instructions, it is literally covered in bobbles, looks terrible.

Have bought a few items since Christmas but only just been told about rewards programme which is disappointing however In love with the products I purchased….ski goggles and mittens, cross body travel bag, long shower proof coat…..oh and a short shower proof coat 😁 all really good quality, weatherproof, warm and lovely colours 🥰

Keswick Tog 24 rules

Having had a previous positive experience at the York McArthur Glen branch of Tog 24 we returned yesterday. The assistant, an older lady, was abrupt & unhelpful to the point where I turned round & said 'we'll go somewhere else' & walked out.

Visited the store in The Livingston Outlet Centre to purchase a jacket for my partner. Very friendly and helpful staff who took the time to help find the right jacket for her as she wanted something waterproof but not too heavy.
