The customer service was absolutely amazing. I ordered the wrong toilet seat. They shipped me what I needed in a timely fashion all their products are quality. I will be a forever customer.

Not good. This company is in France and returns are terrible and they will not help with shipping. Businesses out of the US should clearly mark that on their site.

At no point during the purchase process was there a clear, user-friendly option to distinguish between round and elongated toilet seats (you have to search and find it) - which is a fundamental product variation. That is not a minor detail; it is a basic requirement for ordering correctly. The lack of this option on your website creates unnecessary confusion and leads directly to situations like this.

Shifting responsibility to the customer while ignoring a clear gap in your purchasing experience is not acceptable. This is not simply a “customer mistake”—it is a failure in product listing and UX design. Additionally, expecting a customer to pay $28 in return shipping due to that oversight—while offering no meaningful resolution—is poor customer service. A company that values its customers would take accountability and work toward a fair solution, rather than defaulting to policy. A fair resolution would be for you to pay the shipping and senile the correct seat.

Your response reinforces the concerns raised in my original review. I strongly encourage you to revisit both your website functionality and your customer support approach, as this experience does not reflect well on your brand.

Each time I tried to put the toilet seat on it’s not fitting the toilet I tried line it up I even watch how it’s installed on tube and still I haven’t been able to install this toilet bowl seat I do not know what I’m doing wrong

I'm in Dublin, Ireland and I work in advertising so I have a bit of an eye for design. When you think about a boring toilet seat and bathroom fittings, why not go for something unusual and unique? Create a bit of personality.

So I searched online and Tohaadesign know how to do that. Excellent products, excellent design and on top of that, superb customer service. Why would you go anywhere else? When these are the best in the space. No doubts and so I bought.

I had a wonderful customer service with Tohaadesign! The beautiful toilet seat arrived in perfect shape and looked even better in person!
My problem was that I thought that my elongated seat didn't quite fit my elongated toilet bowl after I installed it.
When I reached out to Customer Service they politely explained that the BASE on the toilet seat had to first be removed using the small Allen wrench, which was provided, THEN reverse the orientation of the BASE so that the Hex bolts face UP! This is how you extend the length of the seat to the correct fit and be careful with the very tiny screws in the base and you're DONE!
My friend and my brother will be purchasing seats from Tohaadesign after they saw the beauty and quality of my seat! Love it! Thank you!

Thought I had ordered the wrong size and it was actully user error on installation - customer support was top notch

Not as easy to install on older Koehler toilet.

Tje product came snd i could see immediately that it was of excellent quality. I had some difficulty installing the seat but after emailing customer service they answered with further instructions and, hey presto, all was well. I purchased the toilet roll holder and brush. I would have ordered a waster bin but that particular pattern did not offer a waste bin. Any particular reason I do not know. I would buy another toilet seat without hesitation.

I love my purchase. It was easy to install, it’s sturdy, comfortable, chic and my first slow close. It really makes my bathroom look and feel elevated. I do wish they had more design options. And I also would prefer a set of replacement silver covers for the hinge area. I feel like the plastic ones are a bit fragile. But so far so good. I’d definitely suggest anyone who’s on the fence, to just get one! I give it 5 stars.

Amazing fun product. Put the Christian Lacroix toilet seat in the guest half bath. So many compliments. The hardware is great except there are plastic covers. My came with a little damage but the company responded within 24 hours to get new ones sent out. It does take longer to receive the order than the website would lead you to believe but so worth the wait! Hoping they make more accessories like bins and toilet brushes in this pattern. Exceptional customer service!

The toilet seat is beautiful, well made, and easy to put on. Be sure to watch the video on Tohaa’s website. I didn’t, and I thought the seat didn’t fit right. I got polite help from customer support, watched the video, and had great results. I love having this unusual work of art in my bathroom!
