Toilet seat was flimsy cheap plastic.
At over £40; twice the price of the average Amazon examples (and they maybe of better quality!) The fixings fitted correctly and tight, allowed the seat to move laterally and not fix firmly in place. I was very disappointed and will not use the TOILETSEATSTORE again!

As a Mohammed Garda i know when somethings wrong, and i knew... the second the lads entered they covered the toilet in explosive diarrhea, it really disheartened me, because just a few minutes after the toilet seat cracked i fell straight in to the poo... the poo felt acidic and started to burn my bottom. i already had a bad day because this lad named Zoran won me in a fight at break today, i also got put in isolation, right in my spot where i knew i where i have to be, i listened like a good boy and followed all the categories given to me by the teachers.

We brought a pictured soft close toilet seat, i fitted it, 2 days later the soft closing stopped working and now the seat slams closed, I contacted the company and asked for a replacement, however there view was to save the environment they would rather not replacement the faulty seat and offered me a small discount instead. Maybe if they sent a product that lasted more than 2 days, there would be less impact on the environment. My advice is avoid this company and let's save the environment together.

Flimsy product. Very difficult to install. Had to use the screws and washers from the previous toilet seat. The screws that came with the product was not compatible. Unfortunately Homebase advises no refund or exchange. This product is cheaper in Dunelm

Bevis New York sta tight, soft close toilet seat is simply the best!
Doesn’t shift at all and the soft close is a joy. Absolutely worth spending the extra money on this well made fantastic seat.
Easily adjustable and not a problem to fit.
Would recommend 100%!

Paid £30 for this it looks like now I’ve fitted a toilet seat you had at school! £30 it’s the cheapest nastiest toilet seat I’ve ever bought! Even the finish on it isn’t good! How do you let them go through the production line without checking the finish! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT BUY

Bought toilet seat from buy_gadgets and tried to fit found it to be faulty would not sit even seller did not want to know when I asked for free return label because it was faulty no got intouch with ebay they was sending return label but would cost 3.35 upset with outcome just kept it so be careful when buying from them

Poor communication from the company. When ordered was due to be delivered in 3-4 days. Emailed the company when this did not happen and received no reply. A few days later received an email from PayPal to say I would receive a refund from the company. A week and a half later I am still waiting for the refund.

I ordered 2 toilet seats online. They took my order and money. Then 2 days later I get an email saying “ Unfortunately we are currently out of stock on the items you had chosen” no option to refund or replace. I had to request a refund. As their name suggests they only sell toilet seats and couldn’t even manage that ! ! !

Had a brilliant experience with this company. The toilet seat was cheaper than anywhere else and their customer service is fantastic.

Great toilet seat seems robust. Easy to fit. Said it was for bottom fit but also had fittings for top fitting.
Anyway fits my toilet perfectly.

We got off to a shaky start as my loo seat vanished into the abyss. But after and exchange of emails it was all sorted quickly, professionally ad in a lovely friendly way. Would happily recommend
