The delivered item was not the product that I ordered. Tried many times to contact customer service for assistance which proved to be impossible. There is fifteen companies trading under one umbrella! Buyers beware.

Furious as they’ve taken my money but no order has arrived. As others wrote, the phone number is useless. I’ve emailed several times - to all of their various email addresses - no answer. Livid.

At over £40; twice the price of the average Amazon examples (and they maybe of better quality!) The fixings fitted correctly and tight, allowed the seat to move laterally and not fix firmly in place. I was very disappointed and will not use the TOILETSEATSTORE again!

first experience was good, but when I purchased another item a terrible experience! Wish I had read the reviews - they sent the wrong item and have not replied to any of my communication and are inaccessible by phone! Obviously don't care about their reputation, nor repeat regular custom. AVOID!

I ordered a toilet seat and when it arrived was not the same specifications on their website. I emailed them to query this and received no reply, I then emailed them another two times still no reply.

I found a contact number through an internet search. I phoned and was told to address my emails to sales@bathpanelstore. I emailed them without any reply. After looking. at other reviews I suspect if I return the seat I will not get a refund which has happened to other customers.

All I say is buyer beware.

Delivered the wrong item and refused to refund. Wants me to pay for delivery back to their warehouse. AVOID

Ordered two toilet seats both arrived cracked. Company has ignored my emails. Do not buy from this company. I'm off to my solicitor.

I ordered 3 toilet seats in line. 2 arrived broken. This company is impossible to get hold of post purchase. Chatbot does not work, no reply to emails, phone number just gives you message to place order on line. Stuck with 2 broken seats and need to go through credit card company for refund. Terrible service.

I recently paid over the odds for a toilet seat to exactly match our new bath panel; purchased with no issues at all from this Company’s ‘sister Company’.
What a mistake that was!
Usually when I buy from someone new, I use my Paypal account or Credit card, so the protection is there, should something go wrong. But having had one successful transaction, I thought this was safe enough.
Now, more than two weeks on, I’m out of pocket by £113, with the company ignoring my calls and emails - 6 in total, not counting the initial enquiry. Their live chat doesn’t work, I’ve even asked for a reply from Customer services. Nothing.
Now I have to deal with a Visa chargeback on my debit card, which requires written correspondence & up to six weeks delay to get my money back.

Never again! Be warned folks. I thought I’d get a quality item & decent service buying direct from an expert. Ended up spending half the money on Amazon for a product that looks exactly the same. Lesson learned.
