One very positive and one very negative.
Had free accommodation for six months. I mean completely free.
The very negative thing is when the owner lied through her teeth. Her ccriminal son arrived home from prison in the middle of the night.
What I do not like is the exploitation of people and it appears that nobody checks if working conditions are legal. Currently, there is an advert 25 hours of childcare for a room. There should be pay.The other thing not specific to this site but in all logement contre service. Work is `paid` according to SMIC rates. Why should this be, if one is qualified as e.g. aide soignante or tutor.
REsponse rate is about 1 in 4.
