Tokeet Support Amazing

When I started with Tokeet I had very little computer skills and they are not that great now!
I managed to completely mess up my account and had caused multi blockers.
Tokeet support, John in particular have been amazing, spending over an hour with me to sort my account.
So if like me you need a channel manager and feel you may need support look no further.
100% recommend and a big thank you to John who was awesome.

John would have to be the best support…

John would have to be the best support person from any online company or business i have ever dealt with. nothing is ever a drama or an issue for him no matter how sill or frustrating my questions are. I really love it and know im going to get the best support once i get a reply from him. I was hesitant to pay the costs for tokeet but between you and I, i would have paid more knowing that that if i was going to get the service i am getting.

Handy tool for small scale property managers

Handy tool for small scale property managers! Probably the cheapest channel manager software on the market, however, setting proper pricing and frequent updating is still very time consuming if you have individual rooms, with slightly different capacity and amenities.

It has a good potential

It has a good potential, and a good team to help you but it is not intuitive and the price increased a lot this year right (30%) without any new feature that you don't have to subscribe for.
It help me but don't avoid me to connect everywhere so I think I invest for the future at the moment.

Because I can not use Rategenie.

Because I can not use Rategenie.

In my Country Romania Booking.com only accept prices in my current curency.

So if I set in Tokeet price 50 E/night booking Would understand that is 50 Ron which means 50Ron=10Euro.

If I set on tokeet 250 booking would understand tha 250Roni=45Euro but the other platforms AIRBNB would understand euro.

So in Rategenie I am not able to setup limits which are good to booking and Airbnb the same time.
