Tried Toksocial.com to grow my tiktok. But cancelled it after couple months. the claim they follow accounts due to my target user names and my target hasdtags. that was CLEARLY not the case. i would find followers totally unrelated to my target. furthermore, they would follow someone with "58 following and 16.7 followers." chances of that guy following you back is nearly zero. they do not have ability to filter profiles. they follow everyone randomly no matter what they tell you. also, after two months, they never unfollowed anyone, leaving me with a mess of names to unfollow.
they also over charged me, and did eventually refunded me after i pointed it out.
Yes, my followers increased, but the quality of followers were ridiculously low and did not engage with my subsequent posts.
