The designs on the long-sleeved t-shirts are gorgeous. But the quality of the one with the blue cat isn't great and it already faded after the first wash… I usually avoid buying clothes from China because I live in France, for eco-friendly reasons, but it's hard to find Japanese designs in Europe, so I gave in. The crop tops are very high quality and the customer service via WhatsApp is excellent :)

I have ordered from this website four times now. I purchased t-shirts and jerseys. I am giving my grandsons two jerseys each when I visit them in August. I like the graphics, style and designs of your shirts, and it is extra special because it supports the Japanese culture. However, why is it made in China? Why not Japan? Shipping takes a long time, so plan on that. If you want something to arrive quickly, plan on at least 3-4 weeks before it arrives. The quality holds up and if you have any problems with your order, I haven't had any issues with customer services. So yes, I would recommend just be aware that their product is from China, the sizes are meant to be generous, the graphics are good, and delivery may take longer than expected. I ordered two jerseys and they arrived just before the 30 day deadline for exchanges/returns. After 2 e-mails to their customer service e-mail requesting instructions for a size exchange (sent the day after I received them and then about a week later) and I have had no response in two and a half weeks.
Update: Following their response to this review, I e-mailed their support e-mail and got a response the same day. They are sending the size changes I requested (I'm paying reasonable postage) and letting me keep the incorrect sizes to do with as I please. An improvement, to be sure, but it's disappointing that it took a bad review to get a response.
