If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered $160 worth of "ugly sweaters" and I never got a notification that my order had shipped. That was red flag number one. I noticed one of the sizes of the sweaters was incorrect, so I sent them an email requesting the correct size and got an email back stating my order had already been sent out. I had to scour my order review page to find a tiny link that had my "tracking" information on it. It barely gave any information other than it was "Leaving from departure country/region." When I finally did get my sweaters the material was absolutely HORRENDOUS and made me extremely itchy from the short amount of time it took me to try on one of the sweaters. The size is EXTREMELY smaller than it's advertised as well. I usually get large/XL so I figured I could do an XL and they would be a comfy baggy fit. The arms were the only thing that had that concept. Everywhere else was extremely tight and uncomfortable. I couldn't get it off fast enough. When emailing customer service about wanting to return for a refund I was told "as it is international trade, the transportation cost for the return of the package needs to be borne by the buyer" when their website clearly states, "Tokyocanvas is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees." Their section on their website about "General Return/Exchange Process" states, "Initiate your return/exchange: e-mail us at [insert their customer service email] and let us know your order number. Our customer service representative will confirm your return/exchange information and then a 'Return & Exchange' authorization will be sent to you." This NEVER happened with me. I was simply told that I could keep the product and "give them to other family members or friends who need them" and that I could get a 10% refund. I informed them I was not going to give the product away and I wanted them to adhere to their policy on their website of being responsible for return postage. They continued refusing and kept offering an increase of a percentage of a "refund" but not once did they give me any kind of "Return & Exchange authorization." The most percentage I was offered as a refund was 30%. I filed a chargeback with my payment method and I will be uploading the needed documents of them refusing to adhere to their own policy and overall being a shady company. You should avoid buying from this company at all costs. They are GARBAGE and not customer friendly at all.

Mixed reviews on this one- product quality was actually a bit better than I expected (I ordered 4 holiday-themed sweatshirts). Sizes do run a bit small- I'm of totally average build, and a Large is snug but wearable. If you decide to order from them, I'd say go a size larger. Also, despite what some reviews say, it's not a scam- my goods did arrive as ordered, and as I said, were pretty good overall.

My biggest issue was shipping time. I ordered 4 Christmas -themed sweatshirts on November 24th, which should have been ample time to prepare and ship them. I received the first update- that the items were shipping from China- on DECEMBER 16th. That's over 3 WEEKS between when my order was placed and when it shipped.

Needless to say, my Christmas- themed shirts did not arrive in the US in time for Christmas.

Customer service, whether due to language barrier, cultural differences or possibly being AI generated, seemed unconcerned that my Christmas items wouldn't arrive in time, helpfully suggesting I "be patient"

So overall, surprisingly good quality, a bit small, and unforgivably slow shipping. If you're in no particular rush they're not a bad option, but if you have any sort of deadline in mind, look elsewhere.

Item came as expected. I ordered too small and have ordered a replacement. I am looking forward to giving a good review of return process

Today I received the ugliest and worst-quality sweater I have ever bought!

This is supposed to be a LOTR-themed sweater, but it looks nothing like the product photos. The “knitted” design is just an imitation print, which makes it look cheap and ugly AND STRANGE!

The material is 100% polyester, and it feels extremely low quality. The print is cut in half at the front near the neck, which makes it look defective!! On top of that, the seam around the neck appears burnt, not properly finished. Because of this, the sweater is not only uncomfortable to wear, but it also scratches the skin on my neck and hands.

The print itself is barely recognizable. It’s smeared and blurry, making the design look awful. This product does not look like something that should cost real money. Honestly, it doesn’t even feel worth $5.

I’m not just disappointed, I’m ANGRY. I have never received clothing of such poor quality in my life.

I will definitely be requesting a refund

We’re past a week over the guaranteed delivery time and now my gifts are late for Christmas. Tracking and correspondence are lacking. This is the third and last bad purchase experience from YouTube advertising. Next time I’ll be looking for an American company that’s more trustworthy

Terrible service, I ordered a sweater on the 1st of December as a Christmas gift, it's now the 23rd and it still hasn't arrived, I have e-mailed several times throughout the month as I have had no dispatch notification or any word regarding an actual delivery date. Going to be pursuing a full refund but not confident I'll get one as the customer service is terrible

I ordered a t-shirt and It's absolute garbage! The print is blurry and pixelated! There's no way on earth this is worth £27 quid. Absolute scam! This was supposed to be a Christmas present, there's no way I'm giving this to anyone. Avoid this site altogether!!

No communication. No updates. Late on delivery. Item was poor quality when it did arrive. Wouldn’t recommend

Horrible quality, use of AI, & simply not as advertised. I contacted the seller however they would NOT give a full refund. They would gradually raise the "MAXIMUM REFUND" to 5% each time I'd email. Finally reached to 30% before I finally contacted my bank and disputed the charge, I could not sit there and continuously keep playing games with this company. This recently happened, I'm waiting for my refund at the moment. Please do not buy from these people as they are based in China and will give you a hard time with any refunds, as well as the quality of their products are simply poor. Please contact your bank if you are currently going through this as they will push the merchant to finally give you a refund.

When I made my order TokyoCanvas took my money but never sent me a confirmation of my order. I contacted support (the email you can see in Tokyocanvas' reply) and support was the most unprofessional replies which made me feel this company may be a scam company. I never did receive my order or a refund. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

Absolute con artist order was due for delivery 28th november no show no on the parcel..tracking number doesnt lead anywere apart from a message saying courier querry..customer service is non existant tried numerous of times to email and live chat to no reply at all..

I should of read the reviews first, my sweater came in but does not look nothing like the picture also I’m a big guy 4XL is not 4XL it’s more like XL had to give it to my son. Never buying from here again.

False advertising the “sweaters” are cheap chinese dropship items and the printing is terrible and $40 for a sweat is absolutely insane DOT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Purchased 2 sweaters for my adult sons first Christmas. They’re not sweaters. Looks like a 3D printer put patters on polyester. Absolutely not worth the money or the wait.

The material is horrible it's such a waste of money customer service is poor don't waste your time and money here.

Ordered 2 sweaters, failed to recieve any sort of shipping or tracking information.

Raised a dispute via PayPal and recieved an email from the busisness directly stating I could only be given a refund if I cancel the dispute.

Ordered 2 sweaters ($40 each), they arrived 4 days later than the advertised delivery date, so we couldn't even wear them for the party they were intended for. Not that it mattered, the sizes run so small they never would have fit. Do not order from them.

Shipping cost was outrageous for the shipping to take 3 weeks. (Shipping time was promised to be faster than that). Shipping is from China and product is from china . Do not be misled by thinking this will be a quality product from Tokyo Japan. Quality is basement level. (Think Dollar General Store). They also send whatever size they want to send ( I got a small when I ordered a large). I am giving one star because their customer service did respond to my complaint email. HOWEVER, they offered to send me the actual size I had ordered only after I forked over an additional $15 in shipping. That did not happen and now I am stuck with a piece of trash tiny sweater. AVOID THIS COMPANY

After placing an order I went on TrustPilot which made me very nervous due to all the bad reviews.

Well my order just turned up and it’s great. T-Shirts delivered in separate branded bags and quality feels really good.

Delivery took about 3 weeks, which is why I’ve scored 4 stars, but tracking was detailed and up-to-date.

Felt like I had to leave a review to say you haven’t been scammed! The good arrive and are as described.

Horrific quality jumper, its weird material. It was really expensive for what you get. It also took weeks to arrive as it comes directly from China.
DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM HERE!
