I had two meetings with Michal, the owner of the company, and unfortunately, I didn't receive any valuable assistance or proper accounting advice during either of them. Particularly in the second meeting, Michal simply instructed me on what to prepare for our next session and mentioned the new pricing for his services. This meeting was quite brief and did not address my accounting queries, yet I was still billed for it. I found this treatment to be unjust.
Additionally, Michal signed me up for a bookkeeping software without providing any explanation on how to use it or why it was necessary. In the end, I ended up paying 2,000 Danish krone for software that I never utilized because my company currently has no income or expenses, a fact that Michal was aware of.

Nikol - owner of the company Novshofit has contacted me to arrange a meeting in relation to the bookkeeping of her newly started company. We agreed on a time for the first meeting. At the meeting she was informed, among other things, that our company carries out bookkeeping work in an online program and if she wanted to be a customer with us, this was a requirement. She agreed to this. If you want lessons, explanations of how the program works, you are welcome to book more meetings. We will always endeavor to meet the customer's needs.
Nikol has subsequently booked one more meeting, where she managed to cancel/postpone it 2 times and at the last one she was unable to meet in person and asked for a video meeting - which was also held. Here it was limited what we could do in relation to access to the various authorities (QR code for MITid only works when you are present in person), signing of the customer agreement, or explanations in relation to her questions about the program.
