Everything went wrong a scam company I must say I paid for book marketing and Noone even updated me I got no sales nothing these people said they were calling never did I got zero sales Noone answered me after a while don't do business with them their Facebook page also disappeared red flag a SCAM COMPANY

In August 2025 I hired them to sell my books on Amazon. They build a website. It is good. They ran a bunch of ads. The graphics were good, and they contracted to make two audio books.

They blew up my Instagram account and got my permanently banned for copyright violations... three times. They blew up three different Instagram accounts.

They were not making sales, and each step of the way they said the next step is the one that does it. You have to invest more, then you'll see sales. They yelled at me and high pressured my for more and more money,

I do have a website from them, and I do have ads. But I've invested $9.000. It's been 5 months. They have ZERO ($0.00) in Amazon sales. And I don't have the completed audio books even after 5 months.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. YOU WILL NOT NEVER MAKE YOUR INVESTMENT BACK FROM THEM. YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Tolekeins Book Writing was recommended to be by a colleague. I am very pleased with the outcome of the first half or my book. BBP went through my entire manuscript, discovered the loopholes. And corrected them to make my story seamless. In addition, their speed and communication from chapter were very good. I was always kept up to date.

I love how my book turned out. The cover looks way better than what I pictured in my head.

I hired this company to help publish an illustrated children’s book, including the artwork. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply frustrating. From the outset, I encountered persistent upselling and a lack of attention to detail. Instructions were routinely ignored or misinterpreted, and I began to question whether any qualified editors were involved in the process.

For example, I requested a simple correction to one sentence on a page. They made the change—but inexplicably deleted the two sentences that followed. Communication was poor throughout, and what should have been a straightforward process dragged on far longer than necessary (over 3 months.)

The illustration work was equally disappointing. Each revision request seemed to degrade the image further. Despite claiming not to use AI, they delivered an animal with five legs—raising serious doubts about their methods. Several illustrations were also mismatched to the intended age group, undermining the tone and accessibility of the book.

I won’t be working with them again. The experience felt like watching a malfunctioning AI spiral out of control—chaotic, careless, and creatively incoherent.

So I do not appreciate this company my name is Corey James I live in Urbana Illinois time 12:49pm date October 12 , 2025 so I called this company my project manager Ben to ask for half of my 1000$ payment now this company says you can get your refund at anytime when I ask for half of my money in to stop paying everything with my project he told me no your not getting your F money back in we gone take your book in publish it under are make now if I see my book Echoes From The woods out somewhere I’m during them they are a scam for one of you a legit company telling people you gone refund them but when asked you get cursed out then that’s a problem I can walk away from 1000$ it’s nothing to get money but my book now that’s when we got a problem so I go ever red this don’t work with them they a scam they ass holes in they broken is hell they lie they steal this is wild I hate every finding this company on Facebook I will never trust again nor trust Facebook again

They actually read my draft, gave real suggestion, and didn't just treat me like another order number. The final product looked bookstore-ready.

I was hesitant at first, but they proved themselves the marketing team knew exactly how to position my book. I saw a noticeable spike in Amazon traffic after their campaign.

They didn't sugarcoat, and the final version was stronger because of it. Slight delay in final proofs, but they delivered what mattered most.

Being a poet, I'm sensitive about flow and layout. I didn't have to explain much they just got it. Cover came out stunning.

I poured years of my life into my memoir and was terrified of letting anyone touch it. But these folks respected every word,

The cover design and formatting they delivered were top-notch. It gave my book a truly professional feel. The team was always available to answer questions, and the publishing timeline was exactly what they promised.

This company took what was supposed to be an exciting, fun experience and completely destroyed it. The constant harassment and pressure for more money was nerve wracking. Even after I explained how my situation had changed for the worse, they didn't care. They made promises that never came, said things were included in my original fee that were not, etc. Don't trust these people!

So unprofessional. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission yesterday and Tolkeins is now under investigation. They harassed me, took over my website, changed all passwords and are now holding my website hostage. I've never had such a stressful time dealing with a company before.

Today I had a representative of this company reach out to me unprompted and shame me for not having the money and/or faith in myself to commit to a contract with them. I questioned their justification of the business model for people in my financial situation and the rep gloated about how people with $40,000 or more to spend always have success. I responded they should focus more on those kind of people and stop bothering me.

Very unprofessional. No one is this childish. I contacted them regarding my book, but went with another company. They contacted me months later. I told them I was no longer interested. Then the harassment started. When I told them to stop and remove me from their contacts, they said no. They would contact me again and again until I answered their questions. I have the screen shot from Messenger.

Excellent company!!! Easy to work with.

Not sure who these are but I had an email this evening saying my book is on high alert and it is not copyright. The funny thing is how have they got my details as wordsworthwritinghouse.co.uk was my publishers and I found out these were a scam as apparently my book was due to go across usa in 26 libraries. Still waiting
