Order 4 bottles as it was a great discounted deal. When received, all 4 were the wrong shade. Have emailed 4 times to try and arrange a refund or exchange and nothing. Not one response.

Tolkoni claim that when you receive a product in different packaging with a different colour description that this is ok as they come from different suppliers and warehouses. But i want the product i ordered of your website? The same one? The one i actually chose? Not to mention the smell is REALLY strong!!
No, according to Tolkoni this is OK and doesn't go against my consumer rights at all.
Avoid wasting your money on a cheap and nasty smelling product.
