Easy to deal with and very quick

The new tollbox I ordered as a replacement came two days later. Very fast. The old tollbox I mailed back, has not been credited as received after 10 days. Still open. Cannot therefore register the new box on the correct vehicle. 17.4.2024

Today when I checked, the old tollbox must have been received as it was no longer on my account. Interesting is, the two separate orders I placed (vignette and toll box) both arrived 2 days after I ordered, but my return took over a week. Mail going north is faster than mail going south.

Charging extra for a service that already exists.
The swiss road vignette is 40Chf on the government website, but 44 euro on tollticket.com
Search online for: E-Vignette and follow the links.

And save yourself money and going through a third party.

Scammers after 7 years of use.
I have used the service for 7 years.
Vignette ordered for October. Nothing has arrived yet in December and they don't want to refund.
I reported it to the bank as a scam and also reported it to the police

I have a 4.5 tonne Motorhome towing a trailer. My last Motorhome was 3.5 and therefore fell under the car toll tag. We traveled from the north of France to the Mediterranean. Given the toll booths are primarily on the left side it can be a nightmare if driving along in a R hand drive vehicle. Having used tags before it was a no brainer to use them again. Unlike the car tags which are readily available categories 3 and above are more challenging and this is where Tolltickets come into play. Although having never used the company I completed the online information required after a few email enquiries. The tag came as requested and having used it over the past 5 weeks it’s been brilliant. The only fault I had was down to my positioning of the tag itself. Billing etc was as described and any queries I had were quickly addressed. For anyone wanting a toll tag for vehicles beyond the car category do not hesitate to use this company. Professional, efficient and it absolutely leaves using the toll system a breeze. Cannot recommend Tolltickets enough. I will definitely be using again.

We hat big problems on every toll station in France. Afterwords we were told it wouldn't work on the windshield of a Citroen C4. On a french car in France.
We really had a hard time. Held up the traffic and were finally very frustrated.

It’s a really bad deal! I thought, was willing and I did pay extra charge (which is above the real toll and everyone has to pay) charge for a smooth service provided by this service reseller. Unfortunately that did not meet the requirements. Customer care incompetent and rude, customer is charged before invoicing and whole service expensive. Stay away from this! It’s not worthy!

I’ve used them for several years for Swiss and Austrian vignettes, and twice for a short-term Italian Telepass box. All with faultless service and a very fast response. My only criticism is that they don’t offer multi-country toll boxes or longer-term contracts where you keep the box but only pay for the months when you use it.
So unfortunately they have to lose a star, otherwise it would be 5+.

I have used the company for many years and no issues. This year ordered an Italian toll pass which they claim to have dispatched and charged me for, yet the DHL ref does not work, there is no sign of the pass and they do not respond to emails. There is no telephone number to call either. Do not waste your time with them they are a joke company.

Bought a Swiss vignette from them last week, and this arrived this week from Germany. They do not charge a ridiculous booking fee on the vignette, only a delivery charge of €2.50 which is reasonable and will save having to buy one at the Swiss border.
